The next day Mina didn't come to school because she was scared to see nayeon again. Nayeon didnt really care that they kissed. ashe was actually pretty happy because it helped her realize her feelings.Nayeon was becoming worried because Mina didn't come to school the next three days.So Nayeon got her address from the school so that she could go talk to her.

*Knock Knock Knock* 

"Who could be here right now" Mina said walking to the door.

She opened the door to see nayeon standing there with a giant smile on her face. When mina opened the door she just waved at her.

"hi." Mina says not really knowing what to say at the moment

"Hey are you okay? You haven't been going to school for the past like, four days." Nayeon says with a worried look in her eyes. "Don't your parents get mad that you arent going to school?"she asks 

"well my parents are usally on a buisness trip all the time so they're not usally home." Mina says rubbing the back of her head

"Oh i see." Nayeon says feeling bad about asking.

"Yeah" mina says looking down

"so are you gonna come back to school now cause no one cares about the pocky thing." Nayeon says wanting mina to come back.

" I mean i probably should.I've missed so many classes i need to catch up. but it's friday anyway so." Mina says realizing she probably overdid it skipping school for so long.

"Good!" nayeon said happily

Nayeon hugged mina and walked away, leaving Mina wih a big smile on her face. Nayeon got home later than usual because she made the little stop. By the time she got home both of her parents were drunk.

"Oh god help me." Nayeon pleaded as she walked into the house

"Young lady!" Mr.Im boomed

"What?!" nayeon said obviously aggitated by her drunk family members.

"Why are you getting home so late?" Mrs.Im asked in a stern tone

"Because i was checking on one of my friends." Nayeon replied about to go upstairs, but before she got to the first step

*SLAP* 

Mr.Im whipped Nayeon on the arm with a belt. Nayeon froze and tears started coming down her cheeks.

"So you would rather spend time with your stupid friends rather than your family?!" Mr.Im drunkly asks

"HONESTLY YEAH!" Nayeon yells back

Mr.Im whips her again and she winces in pain. He stared at her lying on the floor and just kicked the motionless body. Nayeon curled up into a ball because she was in so much pain. Mr.Im scoffed than went upstairs after Mrs.Im. Nayeon decided she didnt want to be there. But she didnt know where to go. She ran out of the door without even thinking. She was in pain. Taking a single step hurt, but she kept on going. It was raining outside and she had a thin sweater on so she was cold the whole timeshe was running. It was now 11:00 pm and Nayeon found herself on mina's street. She was getting really week and couldn't walk anymore. She was walking in the street and just fell. She fainted. But as fate had it,she fell right in front of Mina's house. It's now 11:30 and mina heard someone honking. She looked out her window to see nayeon in the middle of the street and a car just honking at her. Mina jumped up and ran out of her house. She grabbed nayeon and sprinted inside. She layed nayeon down on her bed. She had to get nayeon out of her cold clothes. So without thinking about what could happen next she took nayeons shirt off. She didnt pay attention to the fact that she was , she payed more attention to the bruises all over nayeons body. Mina started crying. She went ang got some dry clothes from her closet. She got her gray lounge pants and a sweatshirt.Mina tucked nayeon into her bed and went and sat in a chair. She was still silentley crying. She didn't know what to do. She just wants to protect nayeon. She wants to protect one of the only people who never use her for her looks or skill. She fell asleep in the chair but was still crying. Nayeon woke up and saw that she was in someones bed. She was really confused. She looked aroundthe room to find Mina lying on the floor with tears on her face. She walked over to a sleeping mina, each step wincing in pain, and sat down next to her. She looked at her sleeping face and moved her hair. Her heart started beating faster. Mina was still crying so Nayeon did the only thing she could think of. She held Mina's hand. She immediatly stopped crying. Nayeon smiled and said one thing

"Good night"
