The following day everyone settled in the living room after eating their lunch. Jaejoong and Donghae look so uncomfortable sitting together with their real family. They kept shifting in their seats, and their eyes were everywhere but with the people in front of them.

"Tell us what happened?  How did you both do it? How did you find out that you're both Kwon?" Mr. Kwon asked.


Flashback

"Let's ask nanny about the tattoo," Donghae said, and they hurriedly went back to the Lee residence. As soon as they arrived, they quickly searched for Donghae's nanny, who took care of both of them every time Jaejoong visited him when they were young.

They went to the servants' quarters, hoping to find her there, but were disappointed when they saw no one in there.

"Hey! Donghae called one of the servants who passed by.

"Yes, Young Master?"

"Where's Nanny?"

"She's in your father's office. He called her fifteen minutes ago."

"Okay, thank you." The servant bowed her head and hurriedly left.

"We'll wait for her here. I'm sure she will come back soon." Jaejoong suggested.

Five minutes after, Donghae's Nanny comes and smiles when she sees both of them.

"What I owe for this visit." She asked with a warm smile on her lips. She entered the servants' quarters, and Donghae and Jaejoong followed behind her. She motioned them to sit at the edge of her bed beside her, and the two quickly settled beside her.

"Nanny, we have something to ask you, but please, don't mention this thing to our father." Jaejoong started.

"What is it you don't want your father to know?" She asked, facing them both.

"This," Donghae said, pulling his shirt up to show his tattoo. "Nanny, is this a tattoo or a birthmark? I want your honest answer?"

"Shh!!!! Not so loud someone might hear you." She whispered and moved closer to Donghae.

"Why?" Jaejoong asked, surprised to see fears instantly wash on her face and her hand trembling. 

"Nanny, what's wrong?" Donghae asked in concern.

"I'm going to die if I tell you." She answered.  Jaejoong and Donghae's chests instantly pounded in fear.

"This is not a tattoo, right, but a birthmark?"

"Shh!!! They will kill you if they find out, you know." She whispered, now tears streaming down her face.

"Nanny, you mean... Jaejoong and Donghae's tears also fell down their faces. "Come with us. Let's talk about this somewhere where no one can hear us."

The three of them made their way out of the mansion but were stopped by Mr. Lee before they could step out of the front door.

"Where are you going?" He asked calmly, sitting on the single sitter couch in the living room, his right hand holding a wine glass.

"I want to treat Nanny to shopping because her birthday is approaching." He quickly made up a lie.

"Don't make it too long. I have something for her to do later when you come back." 


"Okay, dad," Donghae answered,  and they resumed walking out the door. As soon as the front door closed behind them, they let out a sigh of relief and hurried to Donghae's car.

"Where are we going?" His nanny asked.

"Let's go to the mall, and buy something for you, so that Daddy won't suspect anything. We eat first, and tell us what you know about our tattoo."

"It's not a tattoo. I'll tell both of you everything later." Donghae's nanny said.

After thirty minutes, Donghae parked his car in front of the mall, and they went straight to the restaurant and ordered their food. 

"Nanny now tells us what you know," Jaejoong said after their food was set in front of them and the server left.

"That thing on your body is not a tattoo but a birthmark. I was there when both of you were born. Your mother suffered a lot." She took a deep breath and blinked the tears that brimmed her eyes.

"Donghae, Jaejoong, you two are brothers, not only that but a fraternal twin." Jaejoong and Donghae gasped in surprise, then looked at each other, eyes both brimmed with tears.

"Nanny."

"Donghae, you are not a Lee, and Jaejoong, you are not a Kim but  a Kwon." The tears that they were holding rolled down their faces.

"Then, how are we not together with our father?" Jaejoong asked.

"Your parents thought you both were dead as soon as your mother gave birth."

"How did we end up with the Lee and Kim?" Donghae asked.
