It’s Family Day and Jeongyeon’s company has given them a one day vacation to celebrate it with her family. But since she and her wife has already separated years ago, well not really separated, maybe physically apart but still married in documents.

Jeongyeon is unsure if they can still call themselves as family.

While she was making contemplating whether to spend the day alone or with them, the very person on her mind suddenly calls her.

“Hello, Jeongyeon?” the person calls her softly on the other line.

Though the older woman is nervous because they haven’t spoken much since last week after dropping off their daughter to her house.

“Yes, Mina-ssi?”

She hopes her trembling voice won’t be heard on the other line.

Mina seems not to notice it.

“Our daughter wants to go to the amusement park today.” Her voice has always been soft and soothing that it immediately made Jeongyeon’s nervous heart calm down.

She stops sweating and the pounding on her heart slows down as she continues to her the younger woman’s breathing on the other line. And for a moment, she swears she didn’t get at the slight moan she heard.

“Jeongyeon?”

“Are you free today?”
