The last thing he wants to do is to fall deeper in the dark abyss of his mind. Different people take away the ache for a while, a few days or so. But as time goes by, his efforts are in vain, and his chest clenches so hard to the point where he wants to let everything go in a blink of an eye. 

Then again, maybe it is possible to do just that.
