Ten MinutesWitness
Some nights I just look up at the sky and wonder if you're fine. If you're doing well, if you're alright.
Some nights I just lay awake on my bed. Tried to do other stuffs but I just can't get you out of my head.
Tonight, lying on the grass, under that tree on that field, our spot you say, where we used to stay all day, I look up at the sky, and see the clouds accompanied by millions of stars. I smiled and said to myself
Do you remember?
They were there the night you saved me, that time when we first met.
They were there the night you first held my hand, that time when it felt like all butterflies entered my stomach.
They were there the night I realized that even if I hated the dark, the fact that I know that you're beside me, I learned to love the night.
They were there the night I first heard those words, that time when you first kissed me.
Do you remember?
They are our witnesses when we said our vows.

I sighed, no longer feeling the cold air, just your warmth.
Hugging me so tight.
Holding me so close.
So close that I can feel your breath touching my hair.
So close that I can hear your heart beating.
"Why are you crying?"
