Ryeowook woke up like he was hooked up the mains. No sleepiness, no slow warming up. Within seconds of realizing he was unconscious he was on his feet, eyes wide, dreams not just forgotten but erased. He drank in the feedback of all his senses. Asides from his own breath, there was nothing to be heard nor seen, the place he was in was simply too dark to see much at all. Being surrounded by the darkness and uncertainty, this feeling caused his chest to feel tightened. The feeling was like opening your lips but no sound can make it past, or the way it robs your senses and replaces it with something that makes your muscles contract and eyes widen in dread. It’s the fear that you feel when there’s a movement in the corner of your eye, or you don’t know where he is, where he is, where is he? It’s the desperation in a scream and panic in your eyes and the fear – the pure, unadulterated terror. Overwhelmed with pure terror, he went to the bed and shuffled to the edge of the bed, too afraid to make any big movement, too afraid to pull a trigger. Fear-stricken, he pulled the covers over him providing him with the only layer of defence. He was afraid of whoever saved him. What were they going to do with him? Just as he let his mind wander, the door creaked open. Despite the fear, curiosity overcame him as he peeked out of the covers to see who was it. When he peeked out of his covers, he saw a tall man walking towards him. Through the lights from outside the room, Ryeowook noticed that the man was rather good looking. His appearance alone was seductive. The man’s clean features were alluring. His raven black hair, which glistened in the light from outside of the room, was combed back and his face carefully structured. As if God has moulded him just to spoil these eyes. The man’s eyes resembled honey brown orbs, and they were filled with intensity, but at the same time, carried honesty and gentleness.
