pillowtalk is an all-boys semi-au roleplay based on facebook. we only accept asian muses. all ualities are allowed. leave your reality behind for a moment and come seek some pillowtalk. (+18)

reality can be hard sometimes what with your busy schedules. and sometimes, you can’t help but dream to have a life outside of it. a life that could help you take your mind off things. what if an app on your phone is made for you to live your dreams; be it something vanilla or your wildest fantasy?
pillowtalk is a private club where many male idols attracted to other males can live their dreams in a cosy and very comfortable space. we promise you, our customer, the most utmost privacy one could give and you won’t be able to help but come back for more. first timer? drinks are on us!
so if you happen to read this invitation to join the club, then you are one of the lucky people who now knows of this secret club. our members are well protected to ensure their privacy, and people within the club can only communicate through an internal social network site called 'feather'.
as a bonus, every member will be given a complimentary tattoo of a feather to be able to enter the club.

rules

before applying:
~ it is required that you read our about.
~ it is preferable for applications to be sent through an existing aff account that has been created at least three months before applying. we also really appreciate upvotes!
~ faceclaims can be reserved up to 72 hours. once the 72 hours are up, the reservation will be considered nulled and the character will be opened again. if you need more time, let us know!
~ although this is mainly a environment, relationships outside of ual ones are good and encouraged!
~ this is a mature roleplay. drugs and booze are allowed. you can create drama in-character as long as all the parties involved have consented it and are okay with it. we accept all types of drama but no mpreg allowed please. also, if there are any trigger warnings, please make sure to warn us before posting.
~ although we are a semi-au roleplay, try to stick to the personality and schedule of your character as best as you can. you are allowed to tweak a little of the personality to your preference but do not make it a big difference. if your character is married or are in a relationship in real life, you have the option to choose whether or not you will stick to that fact or consider them single. please let the admins know in advance in your application form.
~ due to the nature of our roleplay, we will not be accepting anyone [both muns and muses included] who are below 18 years of age. no exceptions will be made.
~ the limit for the number of muses you are allowed to play is 3. however, please make sure to be active on all your characters since it would not be fair to hog a character. t1tl3 your application with the date your aff account was established. you will only be allowed to apply for the next muse two weeks later.
~ all male asian faceclaims are allowed in the rp since this is a asian-based rp.
~ although we are not strict with how you roleplay, please try and match your partner’s length of replies. it wouldn’t be nice for you to give a long reply only to receive a two sentence reply in return. action roleplaying is not allowed.
~ though we do prefer for your characters to be in an open relationship, both open and closed are still allowed in the roleplay as long as the parties involved are okay with it. you can only enter into an open relationship first three weeks after your character[s] joins the roleplay. subsequently, you’re allowed to be in a closed relationship one month after, engaged two months after and married three months after. bear in mind that some parts of asia are still not open to the concept of lgbt so you will have to get married in parts of the world that are open to the relationship.
after applying:
~  you will have 72 hours to add the admins after your acceptance.
~ recycled accounts are a-okay with us since we know how facebook has been really tight with their security these days.
~ no hangul/chinese character names please. we will allow for you to use any names as long as you have your character’s real name as a nickname on the profile.
~ please wait for either admins to introduce you in the arrivals group before adding people. This is a closed roleplay, so do not add people who are not in the admins friend list or roleplay.
~ no ooc drama allowed. if you have any problems or ill-feeling towards another person, please come to one of the admins and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a peaceful and calm manner where everyone will be able to feel satisfied with the outcome.
~ we know how hard it can be to be active on facebook so we do allow roleplaying to be done on private messages. however, please post at least once a week so we know you are active. do not just post a photo but interact a little more so we know you’re active and communicating.
~ no bubble-rping. no one likes to be left out so lets get everyone involved and feel loved, alright?
~ no face-chasing. as much as we understand how much it is you love your idols or artists, just as the rule above, we do not want anyone to feel left out so lets make sure no one does feel like that.
~ obviously, no god-modding or meta-gaming. unless your muse has been told or has seen something, there’s no reason that any information you know ooc should be applied to their knowledge.
~ let the admins know if you are not able to be active. hiatus periods are allowed to be from one week to a month.
~ for sns posts, please use [sns; username]. for private messages, please use [fm]. unless you are roleplaying in paragraph format, any interaction on facebook must be done in the sns format as it is considered to be on the app the stars had downloaded. this also means no emojis or emoticons are allowed outside of sns/pms.
~ plotting is welcomed in this roleplay and highly recommended.
~ please welcome newcomers into the group. the admins will be monitoring this activity and it may be counted as activity.
