01 please subscribe before anything else! upvotes are loved and appreciated.
02 the tl is (wee-oo-wee-oo) unrated, but must be kept in the dms! make sure whatever you say doesn't make anyone uncomfortable.
03 love wins! love who you please, but take your time. couples must wait 3+ days to become official, but move-in couples are exempt.
04 please keep out-of-character conversations in brackets, and fl talk in dms if possible.
05 absolutely no facechasing, double accounts, of drama of any sorts (either ooc or ic). have a problem? tell an admin.
06 be active! kickouts take place every 3 days, and you must have 40 tweets after your first 24 hours.
07 maximum hiatus/semi-hiatus is three weeks, but you may ask for an extension.
08 if you wish to cc, take a sh/h or leave, please mention base before doing so. [ pw: which admin would you want to hang out with? ]
09 be mindful of your environment. jokes are fine, but be wary! no use of derogatory terms will be tolerated, and you will receieve a warning upon notice.

02 reserve by commenting down below with your idol's name, group and password.
03 once an admin has replied, you have 48 hours to make your account!
04 the username format is @(idolname)hoot or @hoot(idolname). username must be in lowercase, and try to avoid initials/numbers if possible.
05 once your account is made, follow everyone and mention base! we might be slow, so you're welcome to talk beforehand.
