Three years later

I had buried the memories of Heerin deep in my mind. My heart had a cold exterior of ice. I never cried anymore, it seemed.

Hyukjae, my other BFF, lunged for me. I smiled. No one other than him could make me smile.

"Donghae ah! You're back from break!" He bounced around.

"Hyukjae! You are the one who went one holiday!" I pouted.

He just grinned and pushed me down the hallway. We took most of the same classes so we were together for very long.

I'm not  gay, but he's my very good friend, other than Heerin.

The name struck a pang in my mind and I abruptly stopped.

"What's wrong?" Hyukjae asked, eyes filled with concern.

My vision got blurry. I staggered along the hallway. I bet he was assuming because of Heerin. He knew.

About my crush and rejection. We three used to hang out together last time. 

But that was last time, and all the days were long gone.

And they would never return.

A sense of deep longing filled me as I thumbed over the album Donghae made for me.

Pain fizzed through my body and the world turned black.

Location: Unknown. Secret Destination.

"What should we do with her? It's not like she has a long time to live longer anyway."

"Well, the boss wants it, so he gets it. Unless you want to lose your job?"

"No! Of course not!"

"Then get on with it!"

A man dressed in a handsome suit answered the door.

"Well, hello there. I see you have brought my daughter?" He smirked.

"Yes sir. She tried to escape but we tracked her and thankfully, she was already unconscious."

"Good. I will see to it you get a payraise."
