Okay, I can do this! I’ve got my breathing exercies memorised, that weird squidgy fidget thing Chenle bought me for my birthday (he got us matching ones as we could both compete in a fidgeting competition and easily win without breaking a sweat) and those dumb post-it notes he makes me carry around so that if someone searches my pocket, all they will find are about a million pieces of scrunched up paper that all essentially say, “You’re doing great, sweetie!!!”. Honestly, they’re just really embarrassing but it makes Chenle happy. Speaking of that human dolphin though... I’ve noticed he’s been abusing his power recently. Like leaving me threatening notes in my coat pocket that make my heart almost leap out of my chest: “Jungwoo. Local park. 2pm. Be there or Floof gets it. NO EXCEPTIONS!! ... also bring your guitar”  (For context, Chenle burst into my room on one stormy night when the thunder was especially completely and utterly terrifying and I just happened to be rocking in the corner with my childhood stuffed bear named Floof. Chenle has never let me live it down...)

There’s only one thing that kid could be planning. He’s gonna make me perform in front on a park full of people. Yes, you heard me. A park FULL of strangers who within hearing my music for five seconds will immediately turn to their friends and say, “Wow that kid is TERRIBLE! I mean just really, really awful! Nobody would ever hire him in a million years and honestly if we weren’t in a public place I would be full on vomiting right now and-“

My psychic vision of future events is interrupted by that schemer calling me to find out if his kidnapping threat has worked. Let’s see, do I run into that adorable looking cafe and stall until the very last moment or trudge over to the park on an empty stomach to embarrass myself for hours on end. FOOD IT IS!
