"I don't like him," Kyungsoo says one day. Jongdae looks up at Kyungsoo with his eyebrows bent upwards, and a frown forming.

"He's nice thoug-" Jongdae starts. 

"He's a ing bother," Minseok says, eyes as cold as ice. Jongdae wants to run away with the look that Minseok is giving him. Kyungsoo and Minseok share a look at each other, leaving Jongdae feeling uneasy. 

"I'll keep him safe from you, I hope you know that," Baekhyun says. 

There is no answer in return, but there is laughter that erupts.

"Everything will be alright precious," the familiar voice says.

Jongdae just reaches out blindly as if to find the owner of the voice. A hand meets his own hand, and their fingers interlock. 

He try's to speak, but the voice hushes him.
