Welcome! Unfamiliar with Reverseharem or certain terms used in this recommendation list? That’s alright, we’ll do a little run down.

- Reverseharem: In anime it is traditionally about a female lead who is the centre of attention for multiple male leads. Who she ends up with may or may not be determined. Essentially it is the opposite or a harem in which a male has multiple females. In the fan fiction world, this is more of an umbrella term.
- Traditional Reverseharem: The lead is the centre of attention for multiple male leads, however ultimately ends up with one in particular in the end. It may or may not be determined in the beginning.
- Polyandry: You may or may not have heard of polygamy, a male with multiple wives. Well, this is essentially the opposite. The female lead is with multiple male partners. It is all consensual, the guys are friends and comfortable with their own individual relationships with the female, and comfortable with each other’s relationships.
- Polyamory: Similar to Polyandry and Polygamy, and while it encompasses those, it also refers to relationships where all parties are in relationships with each other. So two males and a female would mean both guys are in relationships with the girl, but are also in a relationship with each other.

BEGINNERS GUIDE
New to this realm of fan fiction? No problem. We were all there once. So to help ease everyone into these different types of stories, I have a continually updated list of stories I think Reverseharem beginners would enjoy:

MAIN LEADS
There will be a variety of main leads, however since some people prefer reading certain main lead types over others, a Main Lead Evaluation will be provided in reviews to give a basic idea (i.e are they a doormat or not?). While these stories are predominantly OC and female leads, submissions with Idol main leads (i.e Krystal, Somi, Taeyeon, etc.) as well as male main leads (i.e boyxboy fic following same criteria as the other stories) will also be accepted.

• The Masterlist will be a list of all stories with their group specified, however the following is all stories separated by cross reference tags. Therefore stories are bound to reappear in different sections. This will be updated according to new submissions (i.e if angst isn’t listed here, when an angst story is added to the rec list, a angst category will be added here). Reader Favourites are market with an F, Admin favourites are market with a bold F. Admin Grades will be listed right next to the title.
