Ring... ring.. ring* 
Jongdae rang the bell again. He took a step back from the door and looked around. Everything looked the same , nothings changed even if 5 years have passed ever since he came here. Jongdae still remembers the last time he was here , it was a memory he hated to remember yet remembered because that day was one of the most painful yet important day of his life. Because that day was the reason he is what he was now , KIM JONGDAE also know as THE VOICE OF SOUTH KOREA. The very last day jongdae was here , he and his first and what jongdae hoped for last love Kim Minseok broke up  so that jongdae could complete his dreams of becoming an idol. They broke up with a mutual agreement because both knew how jongdae always wanted to be an idol. At first jongdae didn't want to give up his love for his dreams but when minseok promised jongdae that this distance that were going accept between them would last only until jongdae would complete his dream and that once he did, minseok would be right here in this very house waiting for jongdae with open arms and warm smile. 

    So, here he was back to his Minseok just like how he had promised minseok. He fulfilled his dream. He was now what he always dreamt about but there was one thing he missed , even if had name, fame, money he missed his love. Who he never forgot in these 5 years. Everyday before sleeping he would kiss minseok photo which he always kept by his bed stand , and every morning he would first look at minseok's picture before he started his day. There was never a day When jongdae didn't pray for his hyung's safety , health and happiness . There was never a day where jongdae forgot to think about Minseok. When ever he was tried and wanted to give up , he would remember minseok's words,  

"I promise dae , I promise that when you become an idol ..when you achieve your dream and become the best vocalist of korea!! I'll be here ... In the same place waiting for you.. I promise to wait for you" 

He would remember these words.This image of his hyung hugging him tightly as he cried openly was the only thing jongdae needed to never give up and work harder , push himself a bit more and become what he is . He never slacked of , never took rest he worked hard so that he could fulfill his dreams and go back to his Minseok again.

         
        Jongdae rang the bell one last time, but looks like no one was home. After waiting for few more seconds , Jongdae let out a dejected sigh as he turned his back to the door and left. But before he left the gates he turned back and looked at the house one last time. He noticed that all Windows of the house were covered... Does no one live here anymore?  Jongdae thought as he made way back to his house.

   Later that night after having a few drinks with his friends, while walking back to his parents house, Jongdae kept thinking about Minseok , where was he now ?? Was he alright?? Jongdae couldn't help but feel extremely sad and hurt. He had been dreaming for this day ever since he had to leave minseok. He had dreamt of meeting minseok again. Everyday , every hour , every minute ,every second for the last 5 years and too know now that it didn't happen he felt extremely heart broken. He couldn't believe how just today morning he was extremely happy because he was going to meet his love again. But now here he was lost with no idea where minseok was. 
   
    Jongdae let out a frustrating scream as he kicked the small rock by his feet. It's frustrating ... He wanted to meet minseok so bad ... It Hurts him so bad because he didn't know where to find him.  Stupid jongdae .... Stupid jongdae. He kept mumbling in anger. Because what could he do. He what so ever didn't have any information about how to find minseok. He cursed himself for his selfishness . He shouldn't have picked his dream he should have picked minseok. He should have told minseok that none of dreams meant anything without him. He should have kept some sort of contact with minseok , or at least fought back when minseok asked jongdae to never contact him until jongdae was ready to come back to minseok.  

   "But how would I find you hyung??how would I find you again??"  "I'll be here jongdae in this house ... I'll always be here" "what if you move away???what if you won't live here anymore??" "Not possible....I'm always going to be here" 
  
      Yeah right hyung? You said you will always be there ??.  Jongdae screamt in his head in anger. Nor did any of Jongdae's friends know anything about Minseok. When he asked them about him. They just looked at each other letting out awkward laughs telling jongdae they knew nothing about mineok ,they just knew minseok's parents moved away. Sadly another rock came in front of him. Jongdae kicked it hardly letting out all his frustration and anger out on the rock.

      The rock flew really far , far enough to hit the wheels of a cycle that a man was riding in front of him. The man lost his balance and the cycle started to wobble even after trying to balance his cycle the man failed and fell down. Jongdae stared in horror ! !what have I done?  Jongdae thought in disbelief . He ran to help the man but before the could the man got up and continued to ride his cycle as if nothing happened.  Strange!? Jongdae thought as he continued to walk towards his parents house. But this time he thought it was better to not kick anymore rocks!

        The walk from the bar where he had drinks with his friends to his house was pretty long and in order to reach his house he had to cross minseok's house. Jongdae at first didn't want to look at the empty house filled with false childish promises , but what could a person do because  the heart always gets what it wants .
   
       Even of he hated to look at the house he couldn't help turn his head towards the house , when he saw the house again he couldn't help but walk towards the door. One last try ... Just one last!!  He thought. He lifted his right hand to ring the bell , but he didn't have the courage to ring it .  What if no-ones really home??why are you trying when you know no-ones there??  The thought kept invading Jongdae's mind . He took a deep breath clearing his mind. If someone was in there they would open the door and if no one was  there jongdae would accept the reality that Minseok was gone and he would never be back. His shaky  hands made way towards the switch, he closed his eyes and whispered his prayers for the door to open.                     

Ring...ring...!!  But no one opened the door. Maybe it was the fact that jongdae was drunk or the fact that jongdae was heart broken and frustrated that he kept on ringing the bell , each time with a tiny hope. By the end jongdae started kicking the door in anger . 
  
    Once all his frustration was out  his anger was out . Jongdae took a step back and looked at the house. He took another step back as tears filled his eyes . His heart hurt ..his heart needed his hyung . He Waited for 5 years .. he stayed away from his hyung for 5 years... He fulfilled his dream he completed his side of the promise but what did he get in the end ?? Where was his hyung?? Where was his open arms with a warm smile?? Where was his love?? Jongdae thought in anger as he let's a few drops of tears fall from his eyes.
  
     Before he knew it he was crying hard. His face was covered with tears . He started wiping them  furiously using the back of his hands. His heart felt heavy , he didn't want to see this house anymore. He turned around ready to leave , ready to leave his love , his promise , his hope , his dream. 

      He took a step forward , just then he heard a click. He Turned around to see a warm light flash on him . For a minute he couldn't see , the light was blinding his vision . He squeezed his eyes to see who was at the door . That's when he saw the person who he was longing for. Not a day old just the way jongdae had left him standing on the door with a shock expression , wrapped within a blue blanket and a torch in his hand . There at the door was standing jongdae's dream KIM MINSEOK. 

    For a moment both didn't move.. none tried to speak . They just stood there starting at each other ,taking in every detail of the person in front of them. 

"Dae!" Minseok whispered after sometime with a warm smile dropping the torch and blaket opening his arms. This view , this moment was everything jongdae hoped and prayed for. None of them knew how they were here hugging each other . None of them knew who initiated the hug.All they know is that they were in each others arms. "Thank you hyung thank you" jongdae whispered as he snuggled into his hyung.

I was pretty much inspired to write this fic after listening to this amazing song called as "whenever" by this amazing thai band called as "SBFIVE" . I really hope you guys check them out because they are amazing and they such debuted. They would love more support.
      Anyway I actually had planned a lot for this fic , but by end of it I thought let's not add them because I had just written something like a perfect ending. But I would really like to write and epilogue if you guys wish !!!
