“My prince.” The smaller male bowed before the taller figure that commanded only authority and respect. The entire room of people stood still, not one daring to move a single inch.

“And who might you be?” Gentle fingers ran against his cheek, forcing him to look the other straight in the eye.

“My prince, he is the new servant sent for you.” The older man next to the slightly shaking boy spoke up.

The prince’s eyes twinkled in amusement.

“I trust that you will be loyal to me,” He said, looking right into the shorter male’s golden brown eyes.

“After all, you must have heard about what happened to the previous one,” He paused, letting go of the other’s chin for a moment.

“That is what happens to all who betray me.” The man shuddered, but he calmed down slightly when he looked into the prince’s warm, yet strangely piercing eyes.

The prince stepped away, and the smaller boy bowed his head again.

“What is your name?” The firm and commanding voice sent a wave of chills across the room.

He looked up this time, with a little more determination than before.

“My name is Donghae.”
