Description
Seulgi works a dead-end job at a cafe in uptown Seoul. She dreams constantly of a better life for herself. Better friends, a better job. Happier times. Irene is a strange girl who comes in every day. Same time, same seat, same order. And when one day she asks Seulgi for a sit down and a chat over coffee, Seulgi is instantly smitten.
She's intelligent, witty, frustratingly obtuse, strange, and life-affirming. But she's also utterly unapproachable as a friend, a colleague, or a lover. She's a stranger who refuses to get close to anyone. And when Seulgi finds herself falling for her, it becomes increasingly difficult to try and stay away.
Over the course of six seasons, Seulgi struggles to come to terms with feelings she's never felt before. Love, loss, abandonment, longing, anger. Because she's sure she wants a better life, but she's not sure if there's any part for Irene in it with her.

Welcome readers!
For anyone who's read any of my other recent stuff (namely The Longest Night and/or Darkest Before Dawn), this is going to be drastically different. For one, it's actually going to be light-hearted! Yes, while I love writing dark and brooding drama (and I write it much better than fluff) I realised I needed a slight break from it, so I decided to write a short little fluff piece on the side. If anything it'll be more like Station Chatter (my MoonSun story I still need to update...whoops) than any of my other stuff. I'll still be updating Darkest Before Dawn as frequently as normal (and it is still my main story), I'll just be writing this at the same time as well. So for anyone who's more a fan of general light romance/fluff/slice-of-life, and for anyone who's a fan of my prose/writing style, this is the perfect story for you! (hopefully) :)
