Minho had begun to stay over at Taemin’s apartment everytime his schedule was free and Taemin really found it heartwarming, waking up next to him, coming home to him, or just opening the door late in the night, to find Minho standing there, having rushed to him right after work.

Taemin liked how his dull apartment brightened in his presence, how even in his absence it now remained brightened, Minho’s presence and their memories together lingering in every part of the place he inhabited. He couldn’t help but think that it was only now that his apartment had truly felt like home.

Taemin had returned from a promotional event of his album and had taken a shower before he wandered into the living room. His eyes settled on Minho who was engrossed in the TV, having rushed to it right after kissing him in welcome and urging him to take a shower. Taemin chuckled at his cuteness, at his big doe eyes that were so tensely upon the screen.

Taemin settled on the couch next to Minho, snuggling close, his eyes trailing to the TV, to glance at what had caught Minho’s attention so deeply.

He soundlessly mouthed an Oh, finding the music show being broadcasted. His goodbye-stage was next. Taemin smiled to himself before he stretched out on the couch, resting his head in Minho’s lap, snuggling closer and getting comfortable. Minho laughed softly, “It tickles, hyung,” and he Taemin’s head gently, his eyes returning to the screen.

Taemin was watching Minho, his own voice filling the room, hinting that his performance had started airing on the TV.

Minho was so, so engrossed, his lips moving, soundlessly singing the lyrics, a little shake in his body due to the tune. Taemin found it endearing and he chuckled silently, deciding to trouble him just the slight because honestly, he wanted his attention on him right now.

“Why are you paying attention to him when I am right here?” He asked playfully. It did the trick. Minho had looked away from the TV, his lips curving up.

“Hyung, are you jealous of your own self?”

Taemin hummed, smiling coyly, “Seems like I am.”

Minho laughed, leaning down and pecking Taemin’s lips.

As he withdrew, Taemin grabbed his collar pulling him back into a kiss, a more passionate one. He broke away to sit up and kissed him again, letting Minho wound his arms around him and slowly pin him down to the couch. They broke away for breath and Taemin whispered, “Do you still want to watch that performance?”

Minho grabbed the remote and turned it off, before leaning in to kiss Taemin’s growing smile, “I can always watch a rerun later~”
