Chapter 2: Hello there! You definitely have a lot to improve on.
1) Capitalisation: Names (people and places) and words at the start of sentences should be capitalised
2) Punctuation: Sentences should end with full stop, but in the case of dialogues, sentences should end like this ( ," ) depending on the context (actually you did it here: "Okay, boys, calm down," said Miss Hani.)
3) Paragraphing and spacing of lines: Try to cut the length of paragraphs

But..
Please, could you use --> "...." these what shows when someone says something.. like separating.. At least thru phone it's little hard to understand it.
Of course, good luck with writing it. ^.^
