- Stop it, Jungkook. Don't make such a fuss. -

For the third time in the span of five minutes Seokjin softly hits the back of Jungkook's head with a rolled paper, trying – to no avail – to take him out of the momentary trance he's been stuck in for a while, sitting at the diner table, eyes lost into emptiness. He places the cup of hot tea he prepared in front of him and goes back to his seat next to Taehyung, who meanwhile has reopened the envelope that has been causing all that trouble and has started reading the letter inside of it from the start, ignoring Jimin's angry puffs.

- Taehyung, put it back. Put it back, I said...! JUNGKOOK. -, he yells, and for the first time in a while Jungkook visibily jumps out of his seat; he blinks twice, turning to stare at Jimin.

- Hyung...? -

Jimin raises the envelope, violently taking it out of Taehyung's hands. - It's just a love confession, okay? You don't have to answer. -, he explains, smiling; Seokjin thinks there's something predatory in his smile. He turns to look at Hoseok and Yoongi, comfortably slouched on the couch and completely estranged from the current drama: Yoongi's sleeping, apparently, but Hoseok's awake and he's enjoying the scene, smiling and murmuring “Our Gukkie's growing up” from time to time. Out of the older members, only Seokjin and Namjoon sat down to “resolve the matter” – Namjoon because of his role, Seokjin out of pity.

- I think she already regret it anyway. -, Jungkook is murmuring, eyes low and still piercing the table' surface. - When she gave me the letter I answered with...a weird, high-pitched voice. Very high-pitched. -

Taehyung snickers, calming only when Seokjin elbows him in the ribs.

- She's gonna tell the whole school. Everyone's going to laugh at me. -, Jungkook keeps muttering. Suddendly he widens his eyes even more than he already has. - Girls are terryfing... -

- Jungkook, she'll forget about it in a night. Once, I was in middle school, I puked in front of the girl I liked. We still got together as soon as people stopped talking about it. -, Seokjin groans, crossing his arms. It's just a lie, but if it's enough to calm down Jungkook's panic attack then he's ready to spill out the whole story. It's enough to catch Jungkook's attention, altough in an unexpected way.

- Hyung, you had a girlfriend? -, he asks. The tone is bewildered, and Seokjin punches the table with both fists without missing a beat.

- Are you implying I never had one?! -, he scolds him; Jungkook digs his own grave by raising his shoulders. - Don't talk like that to older people! Everyone in this room had experiences, right? Yoongi? -

Yoongi just snores louder – at that point Seokjin's pretty sure he's just pretending to sleep. He moves to meet Hoseok's eyes, and his dongsaeng winces visibly.

- I don't even think it counts as an experience, but a girl once refused me for another boy. -, he answers; he laughes, then sighs. The self-deprecation is a little bit too much, and Seokjin turns to Namjoon slightly more tense than usual.

- Even Joonie has surely something to tell you. You can ask him, if you don't trust me. -, he mutters. Namjoon raises his eyes in confusion, like he just realized he's there with them.

- Yes, I've been with someone. -, he admits; it's more than what Hoseok and Yoongi said, and all the maknaes – and Seokjin – turn their attention to him, but Namjoon doesn't say anything else: he just stares somewhere behind Seokjin, arms crossed on his chest. It's the oldest that tries to take him out of his thoughts, coughing into his fist.

- What happened, hyung? Did you puke in front of her like Seokjin-hyung
