A story about a pair of childhood friends who are unexpectedly thrown back into each other's lives after years of no contact. Only this time, the two are now fully grown adults both focused on pursuing their medical careers at Myungsei University Hospital. One as an intern and the other as a supervisor in charge of said intern.
