So now here I am, infront of an apartment my parents rented for me which is a 10-15 minute walk from the campus. I have just bid my parents goodbye after all the drama and tears and warnings. I'm nervous. It's my 1st time to be alone and far away from home. I don't know if I can last. Well buck up, I told myself. I need to get to campus in an hour for my orientation. I'll just arrange my stuff when I get home I muttered to myself. I ran inside to take a quick shower, change to a simple get up of jeans, a plain white shirt and my ever reliable sneakers. I was done in 20 minutes. I left to walk to campus. It was a bright sunny day. Whispering a silent prayer to the wind that everything goes well at least for today. Please.
