“YAH! HAN AREUM! YOU FORGOT THE UMBRELLA!” My mom yelled but i was already gone by then

“Jiae!” I yelled having the girl jump from her seat but give me a sweet smile

 

“Areum!” Jiae beamed at me having me smile at her cheerfulness, It has been a week since the bullying incident and Kang Seah and her crew has not once bothered Jiae. It makes you scared, it's kind of like they are planning something, it is way too quiet.

 

Jiae has become so much more happier, she smiles and laughs more and she was way more confident than before and it makes you so happy to see her like that.

 

“Yah! Han Areum!” Ong Seungwoo Yelled making me turn around in annoyance

 

“Why do you always look so annoyed whenever i call you!? It hurts my feelings” He said making me roll my eyes

 

“What the hell do you want?” I asked crossing my arms at him

 

“When are you going to acknowledge Daniel? He has been crying since last week” He said looking sympathetically at his friend who had his head down, his hands covering his face

 

I sighed “Maybe when he can get his up and apologize” I said looking over at Daniel, Even though i forgave Seungwoo it didn’t mean i automatically forgave Daniel either. He has yet to apologize to Jiae and I and also his existence was annoying me every day

 

Seongwoo sighed “Anyways can you sit with us at lunch again? We miss Guanlin and he doesn’t miss us very much so ya come sit with us” He said making me chuckle

 

“No sorry guanlin doesn’t want to go back” I said sticking my tongue out to him

 

He scoffed at me and went back to his seat kicking my chair far away from my desk

 

Ong Seongwoo was one weird dude, One moment his confidence level is soo high and the next moment he’s a little puppy that needs to be taken care of.

 

My phone buzzed making me jump

 

From: Mom

The driver is sick, walk home

 

I sighed and shoved my phone back into my skirt pocket

“, It’s raining” I mumbled to myself as i looked out the window

 

The rain was pouring down like crazy, there was no way i would not be drenched by the time i get home

 

I decided to make a run for it and darted outside getting drenched in rain, BAD IDEA

 

An arm had grabbed onto my wrist pulling me roughly slamming me into their chest

 

I didn’t feel the rain pouring on me anymore instead i smelled a familiar scent of cologne

 

“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! WHERE IS YOUR UMBRELLA!? ARE YOU TRYING TO GET YOURSELF SICK!?”The person yelled as i shivered, i looked up and saw Ong Seongwoo staring at me his face boiling with anger

 

His face softened seeing me shiver beside him and pulled me closer to him making my cheeks blush, WHAT THE HELL STOP MY HEART YOU BASTARD

 

He sighed and walked back to school still holding onto my wrist, I don't know why i couldn't speak at that moment but i just went mute

 

He set his umbrella down and took out a handkerchief finally letting go of my wrist, i saw him gulp before wiping the droplets of my face, my face was getting redder and redder it was so obvious i was a nervous mess right now

 

Seongwoo was blushing like an idiot, his face and ears were as red as a tomato, he could feel his heart trying to jump out of his chest

 

Seongwoo took off his blazer and put it on me helping me put my arms in as i silently stared at him not really processing anything that was going on.

 

“Did you forget how to speak?” He asked me having me glare at him, he smiled finally getting a reaction out of me

 

“Your mom told me to walk you home if you haven't already left” He said grabbing the umbrella again putting it over us

 

“Your hair is wet, your gonna get sick, you idiot, why would you do that?”He said giving me annoyed look

 

“Hold me” I said looking up at him, still shivering.

 

“W-What?” He asked his eyes widened

 

“Hold me, I'm cold you ” I said putting his hand around my shoulder pulling him closer to me

 

“W-What are you doing” He asked looking away from me his face redder than ever

 

“Calm down, i'm cold i need warmth” I said calmly

 

“L-Let’s go” He said walking down the road with me beside him

 

“Can we get something to eat? I'm hungry” I asked

 

“Oh, When will it stop” He said making me scoff

 

“Fine” I said removing his arm away from me roughly

 

Seongwoo chuckled and grabbed me as put his arm around me again pulling me closer

 

“Anything you want princess ”He said smiling at me, I blushed and looked away before elbowing his side

 

“Ah!”He yelped making me shake my head at him

 

“There is this place by here i go to whenever i'm bored, you will love it!”He said excitedly

 

“As long there is food and warmth i am fine” I said earning a look from him

 

“Its over there” He said pointing to a little building

 

We walked quietly side by side until we got to the little building

 

Seongwoo opened the door and walked inside with me following him from behind

 

I was in awe as i looked around, It was like a little library except it was just so much more

 

“Room for two please” He said handing money to the cashier, what? A ROOM?

 

The cashier took us to a little box room with pillows and sheets everywhere as a curtain covered the little box room

 

Seongwoo made himself comfortable grabbing a pillow and hugging it as he sat down, I did the same and looked around again in awe

 

“What is this place?” I asked curious

“It's A comic book cafe, you can get your own room and eat, read books and sleep as long as you want”He explained making me grin

 

“Buy me food, I'm hungry” I said grabbing a book from the shelf and making myself comfortable

 

Seongwoo groaned and got up “Jajangmyeon and dumplings ok?” He asked, i nodded and went back to reading

 

After Five minutes he was back with the food , he placed the food on the floor and closed the curtains

 

He shook my noodles and stirred the noodles before handing it to me “Thank you!”I said with a squeal

 

He smiled shaking his head before digging in

 

“You never been to a place like this before?” He asked me, i shook my head unable to speak because i was currently eating like a pig

 

Seongwoo laughed placing tissues by me

 

After we were done eating i made myself comfortable as i sat next to him and started reading the comic, Seongwoo did the same and placed a pillow behind my head

 

“ I don’t have to pay you back right? You’re rich anyways”I said flipping through the pages uninterested at the book i was holding

 

“Pay me back with your love then”He said turning to me with an unreadable face

 

I laughed and hit his shoulder, He pouted and rubbed his shoulder in pain

 

“Do you like it here?”’I asked having him turn to me

 

“I do, do you?” He asked me

 

I nodded

 

“Do you have any other places you go to like when you are sad,if you even feel that” I asked

 

Seongwoo looked at me with an unreadable expression “ Ofcourse i feel that, I’m human...There is this little garden that i own that no one knows about that i go to clear my head” He said

 

I furrowed my eyebrows “You just told me, now i know”

 

“I want you to know” He said softly

 

I smiled “Will you take me there? Not now but will you take me there?” I asked

 

“I will, whenever you want” He said laying his head on his knees his head facing me

 

He looked like he was going to fall asleep any second

 

“Thank you” I said with a smile

 

He smiled back at me “Anything for you princess” He mumbled with a yawn

 

I snickered as i saw him close his eyes falling into dreamland

 

My hand as if it was being lured went to his hair slowly combing it with my hand as i examined his features, my fingers traced the three dots on his face and i smiled to myself, how cute

 

My hands retreated as i finally realized what i was doing, OH MY GOD DUMB DUMB DUMBO WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, ARE YOU INSANE, HE PROBABLY DOESN’T EVEN LIKE YOU

 

I sighed and pulled my knees up putting my head on my knees as i faced him, who am i kidding?

‘’Sir! Sir!” Someone yelled shaking Seongwoo awake, he responded with a groan his eyes still closed

 

“Sorry we are closing in five minutes”The worker said and left

 

Seongwoo opened his eyes and gasped from how close areums face was to his face, his ears turned red again and he was having a mini heart attack

 

His eyes softened as he looked at her features , he slowly removed the hair pieces that fell on her face and smiled to himself at her beauty. You looked so innocent and sweet when you were sleeping that it made him laugh out loud.

 

“Areum wake up we gotta go” He said shaking her

 

“SKSOSWOW WHA” I said as i jolted awake having him look at me with a confused face

 

“What time is it?” I asked stretching to wake myself up

 

“It’s almost 12 am we have to go” Seong Woo said also surprised at what he was seeing

 

“Excuse me what!?” I half yelled, fully awake now

 

I grabbed my phone quickly and widened my eyes at my notifications, 37 missed calls and 121 messages from mom

 

“Oh my god my mom is going to slaughter me!” I got up fast and grabbed all my things

 

“I’m sorry it’s my fault, I’ll explain to your mom” Seongwoo said running his fingers through his hair, and oh my god if i didn’t have to be home right now i would have jumped him. Why is this boy so hot and the wrong times

 

“It’s Fine! It’s fine! Lets just go!” I said pushing him out of the little room

 

We apologized to the workers and rushed out of the cafe

 

“Why...Are ...we running!? We are already late anyways! Why does it matter…?”I let out as i stopped trying to breathe

 

“You’re…..absolutely….right” He let out panting hard as he put his hands on his knees

 

Right then my phone started ringing again

 

Seongwoo and i looked at each other with wide eyes

He grabbed my wrist and started running again with me following behind him

“holy….!” I Said gasping for air kneeling in front of my gate

 

Seongwoo kneeled in front of me panting hard , sweat rolling down his face . Both of us looked like we were dying and i couldn’t help but laugh , Seongwoo looked at me and burst into laughter and i swear at that moment i felt so happy even though i was going to get killed by my mom in two minutes.

 

“HAN AREUM WHERE THE HE- OH? Seongwoo?” My Mom yelled startling the both of us

 

“Mom i can explain, I-”

 

“No it’s fine, Seongwoo why don’t you come in for some tea” My mom cut me off , My jaw fell and i stared at her shocked

 

“Mrs.Han It’s my fault, I took her to a comic cafe and we both fell asleep, I’m really sorry it was all my doing”Seongwoo explained looking apologetically at my mom

 

“Its ok! Come in for some tea sweetie, you must have been tired” My mom said shocking the both of us

 

She pushed our stone bodies inside the house and closed the door

 

“I’ll be back with snacks” My mom said giving me a wink, I gave her a look mouthing “what are you doing!?” but she ignored me and went into the kitchen

 

“ I think your mom likes me” Seongwoo said with a grin taking a seat on the sofa

 

I rolled my eyes and sat in the sofa across from him

 

“Don’t you have to be home? Aren’t your parents worried?” I asked looking at the time on my phone, it was 12:18

 

“My parents are on a business trip, They will be back in two days” He said leaning back on the sofa

 

I sighed and threw a pillow at him, he caught it and winked at me making me scoff

 

“Did you like today?”Seongwoo asked looking at me earnestly, he looked like a puppy who was trying his best to please his owner

 

“I had fun” I said with a smile hugging my pillow

 

Seongwoo grinned and hugged his pillow “I’m glad” He said

 

“Here you go guys!” My mom said placing a big plate full of fruits and snacks

 

Seongwoo thanked my mom and started eating the snacks, i took a piece of apple and started munching on it

 

“ I heard your parents went on a business trip, you should just stay here i’ll make you good food and your parents already gave me permission so it’s really up to you ” My mother said with a sweet smile on her face

 

I gasped dropping the apple on the ground, Seongwoo smirked at my reaction and smiled at my mom

 

“ I would love to” He said turning to me with a grin , OH GOD NO..
