Smoothie Recipe
Glass DollThis smoothie can be for breakfast, lunch, or a snack if you need something that hits all of your macronutrients!
Ingredients
Ice
1/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (I used plain, but you could also use vanilla!)
2 Tbs chocolate chips
1/4 cup of frozen berries (I used raspberries)
Splash of milk
Instructions
1) Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into a fancy glass (or a coffee mug, or whatever's handy) and enjoy!
