Can you understand?

Description

Taehyung is an exchange student that came from America he can't understand any word when he was sent to Korea.

He tried learning the language of Korea through books, paid lessons but he can't really speak through his American accent no one can even understand whenever he tries to speak in Korean.

He can write in Hangul but not orally

So he pretended to be deaf the whole years he is to be in College

Would someone know?

Chapter 1: Ugh, I don't wanna be a douche for writing this, but I want my comments to be honest: I like taekook, I ship it no question but I think you rushed the story a little too much and I think it's due to the shortness that I noticed there to be quite an amout of mistakes. No offense if it's not your first language, I'm not fluent either....
Also you should have formulate some passages (e.g. the exposure of Taehyung not beeing deaf) more, so that the reader gets more into it, the stress the protagonist is in and in general of the story.
But I think your writing style has potential and I might check out another story of yours ^^
