Your POV:

 

My wrist hurt so much. Every time I trailed my fingers over the cut, it stung. I was already guilty of hurting KyuHyun, she didn't need to remind me.

 

DongHae stood beside me at the balcony and peaked once in awhile. I couldn't even fake a smile. I wasn't sobbing any longer so that was a good thing. I intertwined my fingers with DongHae's and leaned against his side. 

-Flashback-

You: Oppa, ottoke? KyuHyun… He doesn't want to listen.. 

 

DongHae: Gwaenchana, _____, it's not the end yet, don't worry, everything's going to be fine, alright? I promise. 

 

He kisses the top of my head and wraps his arms around me, pulling me close to him. 

 

You: I don't ever want to lose KyuHyun, oppa… Not even as a friend..

 

I squeeze him tighter, burying my head in his chest. He runs his fingers through my hair and rests his chin on the top of my head. I'm so glad I still have him.

 

Then, the both of us jump due to a door slamming. We let go of one another and turn to face the living room. 

 

KyuHyun. 

 

KyuHyun: YA, _____!!! 

 

I grab onto DongHae's wrist as he shouts my name, in anger. He glares at me and clenches his fist. 

 

KyuHyun: YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SO VIOLENT! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

 

You: I told you, KyuHyun.. It wasn't me.. Please just believe me.. I'm your---

 

KyuHyun: You're my best friend?! THAT'S WHY?! YOU WERE HOLDING THE KNIFE, _____! YOU WANT ME TO BELIEVE YOU?!

 

My heart broke. He really doesn't believe me. I felt tears stinging my eyes. I wasn't going to lose my number one best friend.

 

You: Fine.. -sniffles quietly- I did it, alright? I admit, I was wrong, I did it. 

 

DongHae looks at me, confused. His face expression was so easy to read - "What do you think you're doing?" . I turn to KyuHyun who seems to have calmed down. 

He points to me and frowns.

 

KyuHyun: Even if you admit it, you're still not forgiven for violence. 

 

He says, stomping back into his room, where HyunA was. 

 

I clench my teeth and fists. I run to the bathroom of their dorm, with DongHae shouting for me. I slam the bathroom door behind me and sink to the floor. 

 

You: He doesn't believe me.. 

 

I whisper to myself. I kept repeating and repeating it.

 

……………..

 

DongHae's POV:

 

I kept knocking on the bathroom door. ____ wouldn't even answer or unlock it. I didn't blame her. I sat in front of the door and leaned on it, my head in my hands. She doesn't deserve this. It was HyunA's fault. 

 

As much as i wanted to hate KyuHyun, I couldn't. He didn't know the truth.  And besides, he was my dongsaeng. 

 

Then, LeeTeuk comes out of his room. 

 

He jerks back as he sees me sitting on the marble floor.

 

LeeTeuk: Ya, DongHae-ah, what do you think you're doing, sitting on the floor like that? You can give people heart attacks! 

 

I look up at him. He looks around and notices _____ missing.

 

LeeTeuk: W-Where's ____?

 

He stammered, thinking I was sensitive with the subject.

 

Me: In here.

 

I indicate the bathroom.

 

LeeTeuk: In the toilet? 

 

He walks over to where i was sitting and knocks on the door.

 

LeeTeuk: ____-ah.. ……. _____-ah… Please open the door, it's LeeTeuk.

 

Me: Please, ____, come out..

 

???: At least she wasn't the on who was getting hurt.

 

Said a voice. The both of us turn around to find HyunA, with her arm bandaged up.

 

Me: Ya, you. Shut it. 

 

HyunA: I wasn't the one holding the knife!

 

She tried to act all innocent. I wasn't buying it.

 

Me: Ya, she already apologized. Get over it. You don't have to keep rubbing it in our faces, alright? So just stop before I get physical.

 

HyunA backed away as I glare at her and clench my fists. I got fed up with everything. As LeeTeuk tries to get ____ to unlock the door, I burst open KyuHyun's room door.

 

Me: YA, CHO KYUHYUN!

 

KyuHyun: MWOYA?! 

 

Me: Get your over here. RIGHT. NOW.

 

KyuHyun glares at me before standing up and heading towards me.

 

KyuHyun: Mwoya?

 

He asks, annoyed.

 

Me: BECAUSE OF YOU. _____ IS NOT RESPONDING.

 

He scoffs.

 

KyuHyun: BECAUSE OF ME?! DID YOU EVEN SEE WHAT SHE DID?

 

Me: NO, DID YOU?!

 

I shout back at him, leaving him dumbfounded.

 

Me: TELL ME. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT SHE HAS THE RIGHT MIND TO DO THAT? 

 

He was speechless. He knows I was right. That I had a point. 

 

KyuHyun: But still, she was holding the knife.

 

Me: But she wasn't even proven guilty. Can we at least try to get to the bottom of this? 

 

He softly sighs and nods. Before leaving, I look back at him.

 

Me: KyuHyun.

 

He turns to face me.

 

Me: Can you at least try to get _____ out of the toilet? She's been in there for more than ten minutes.

 

He sighs one more time but nods faintly. He drags himself to the toilet ___ was in and stands in front of it, his fist ready to knock. 

 

He freezes and starts to knock gently against the door.

 

KyuHyun's POV:

 

Me: ____-ah…

 

I say, my voice gentle. I was still mad at her but she was my best friend and still… Sort of… The person I was kind of in love with… But..

 

Me: Open the door.

 

I knock and turn the door knob even though I know that it wouldn't magically open.

 

Me: Please.

 

I knock on the door once more before turning the door knob once more. Surprisingly, it was unlock!

 

I saw part of her back move. She slowly stood up and washed her face with cool water. She used the hand towel to wipe her face, not caring it was for hands. She managed to give me a small smile, eyes pleading for forgiveness.

 

____: Jeongmal mianhe.. I was.. Stupid.

 

She nods faintly before passing and heading to the front door. She turns around and looks at me sadly.

 

______: Tell DongHae I had to go. We have school tomorrow.

 

Ayssi, school! I forgot! Ayssi… I'm in the same class as the both of them? IS THIS FATE?! AHHH!

 

She looks down onto the ground and nods slowly before slipping on her shoes and unlocking the door. 

 

As much as I hated her right now, it hurt seeing her like this. 

 

She turned the door knob and was about to leave when DongHae sprints out of his room.

 

DongHae: _____-ah!

 

She turns to face DongHae, with widened eyes. 

 

DongHae: Where are you going?

 

____: Home. We have school tomorrow, oppa. -smiles-

 

Stop smiling. 

 

Please.

 

DongHae places his hand on her cheek and looks at her sweetly.

 

_____: Oppa, I'll be fine, I'm just going to catch a cab/taxi home, alright?

 

DongHae: Andwe, I'm bringing you home. 

 

I took a few steps closer to them. They didn't seem to notice. 

 

____: Please, oppa.

 

I heard her whisper. It was loud enough for me to hear.

 

She smiles once again.

 

I was so fed up.

 

KyuHyun: Ya, ____.

 

I got both of their attentions. DongHae didn't really look at me so I could only see his side view but I knew he was listening clearly.

 

KyuHyun: Stop smiling and pretending you and everything right now is alright. 

 

I look at her, sympathy and anger mixed together.

 

KyuHyun: Because it's not.

 

She immediately loses her smile and nods.

 

____: i never said it was. 

 

She forces another smile that could probably fool anyone but DongHae and I. I grit my teeth together. 

 

____: Just pretend you don't see that smile and everything will be fine.

 

She gives DongHae a kiss on the cheek before mouthing the words "I'm sorry" to him and closing the door behind him. He nods faintly before walking back to his room, without meeting my gaze. 

-End of Flashback-

HyunA comes out of the kitchen. 

 

HyunA: Oppa, what happened?

 

She asks, pretending like she didn't hear anything.

 

But I know she did.

 

Me: Nothing , come on, I'll get a mattress. 

 

Was all I could say.
