Youngwoon watched the sugar dissolving slowly in his coffee mug; stirring his spoon as a catalyst of sorts. He sighed blissfully and took a sip, shrinking back slightly as he burnt his tongue, before turning his gaze to the side.

This was the main reason that he loved to visit "Angel's" - a beautiful view of the rare Seoul countryside before it met the bustling city. Its location was prime in attracting guests that valued quiet and serenity, Youngwoon being one of them. It was great to escape from a hectic day at the company for his lunch break and simply relax in his favorite booth overlooking the pleasant view as sparse people walked by.

Youngwoon loosened his tie and felt his lips tug into a soft smile as he added another sugar packet to his coffee. He was a er for anything sweet (as if the four packets of sugar currently residing inside his mug were any hint) and, little to his surprise, had taken a liking to this coffee shop and its staff.

One waiter in particular had grabbed Youngwoon's attention - never ceasing to lighten up the room with his angelic smile and feminine charms.

Youngwoon had made it his mission, on the first day he visited the coffee shop, to get to know the waiter better. It was on his second consecutive visit that Youngwoon read his nametag: "Lee Sungmin" printed in bold letters. Without fail, Youngwoon ordered the same coffee every day on his lunch break at the shop in hopes of seeing the young man again.

After time, he learned that Sungmin had two younger brothers - Hyukjae and Donghae - and was only holding on to his job as a waiter until he had discovered "bigger and better things".

This made Youngwoon frown. After all, no one could take Sungmin's place.

It was after two months of flirting, on Youngwoon's part, that Sungmin dropped the news on his daily customer.

He was leaving.

Sungmin claimed that he'd found a higher-paying job at a large arcade business in Seoul and, he admitted, he'd fallen in love at first sight with the company manager - Cho Kyuhyun, Youngwoon thought. Sungmin went on to tell Youngwoon that he'd been a respectful and kind customer and that he wished him luck in his future pursuits.

Youngwoon felt sick to his stomach and his head was rushing.
He refused to let Sungmin leave him.

He can't leave me… I…

Blinded by infatuation, Youngwoon pleaded with Sungmin to stay - pleaded desperately again and again. Sungmin, oblivious to Youngwoon's true desires, simply laughed it off and patted Youngwoon's shoulder in a compassionate gesture.

Youngwoon stayed frozen in shock and didn't hear the words that followed from Sungmin's delicate lips.

Don't worry, there'll be someone else to replace me. He's even nicer than I am and I'm sure the two of you will get along great!

It was only when Sungmin hung his apron behind the counter for the last time and grabbed his jacket before exiting through the door that it finally sank in to Youngwoon's mind.

He's gone.

It was two days later that Youngwoon was introduced to Jungsu.
