Kyungsoo blinks rapidly.

Sitting inside the cage is a tiny pup looking up at him with its head tilted upwards and a tongue sticking out of its tiny little mouth. The pup’s tail is wagging furiously like – like those little satellites you see in car toys.

“Oh, he’s a Shih Tzu pup,” The woman beams.

Kyungsoo frowns. The pup has a long snout very far from a Shih Tzu and his hair is filled short curls unlike the common Shih Tzu that has their hair down. “This doesn’t look like a Shih pup to me.”

“Oh, he’s actually a cross-breed of a Shih Tzu and a Labrador.”

Kyungsoo bends down and leans his face closer to the cage only to step back in surprise when the pup makes a loud yip. He slowly straightens himself and looks at the woman.

“I’ll take him.”

He names him Baekhyun.
