But the hell that was my university has finally calmed down a little bit and I've finally found the power to update this contest.

NOW YOU CAN WRITE ABOUT ANYONE. Rules be damned. Freedom ftw.
So yes. There's no longer an extra rule. As long as you base your oneshot on the prompt, it's all good to go.
There's also still no final date for deadline, I'll close the round once I have a minimum of 5 entries.
