Wonwoo keep looking at the library door and his watch, it’s exactly one minute before 12:15

 

The door opened, the person wonwoo waiting for is coming, it’s already two week this person come at exact time and also leave library at exact time.

 

Let me introduce myself, I’m Jeon Wonwoo I’m at my 2^nd year in university near this library, I work here as a librarian it just a part time worker. I like reading book, and also its good to fill my free time with doing something useful right?

I will introduce the person who always come at 12:15, it’s really exactly at 12:15 PM and I know for sure it was lunch time interesting isn’t it?. As I know from the book he borrowed, yup that person is ‘he’ his name was Jisoo for sure but I don’t know what year and which university he attend.

 

At first, wonwoo doesn’t really mind this guy. But cause he find it interesting how can he come at exact time and it always happen everyday  at weekday of course

 

Back to reality, after the door opened and wonwoo greet that person, after that person a.k.a jisoo going inside searching for place to sit wonwoo’s part-time worker friend tease wonwoo

 

“yah jeon wonwoo,, until when you want to stare at him? Just talk to him already” said Jun yell but in whisper mode

 

“what? what the hell are you talking about?!” wonwoo asked back at exact tone

 

“you think I don’t know? You always stare at him the 12:15 handsome man”

 

“he’s handsome isn’t –“

 

“yup I caught you jeon”

 

“ah, shut up. is it really obvious?”

 

Junhui just nodded his head “and just a minute ago before he come you also stare at the door like you waiting for him” add jun

 

Wonwoo doesn’t know what to say to his friend, he just think of it interesting nothing special, he thought… he doesn’t know it will change, he really doesn’t know

 

“what do you think must I do junhui-ya?”

 

“you ask me? I don’t think you will ask me a question like that haha” once again jun tease wonwoo

 

“ya! Forget it then”

 

“okay okay, just talk to him. Like you said, he’s handsome right?”

Wonwoo nodded

 

“so, it mustn’t just you the person who attracted to him right? I think he’s popular for sure”

 

“hm, I also think something like that”

 

“and you also his name right? Why you don’t just talk to him? Be friend with him,”

 

“wouldn’t it be awkward? A stranger talk to you suddenly?” said wonwoo

 

“he wouldn’t think you as a stranger jeon, he come here often so he must be know that you are a worker here”

 

“sometimes you really smart jun”

 

“I know won, I know, thank for your empty word, I leave first then I have a test in 30 minutes”  said junhui then leave wonwoo

 

“good luck then”

 

 

“must I talk to him? Must I find him and talk to him? Is it really not weird?”

 

Cause of thinking too long wonwoo doesn’t realize it’s already 1:30 PM, its jisoo time for leave and also wonwoo time to leave for attending a class. He always go after jisoo leave the library

 

When jisoo pass him to go to the door, wonwoo encourage himself to do something he never did before.

 

“thank you for coming, I hope you come again next day” said wonwoo in his whisper mode to jisoo

 

Jisoo looks confuse, cause he doesn’t know that wonwoo speak to him, instead of speak to him he just give wonwoo a smile..

 

A smile that wonwoo will never forget

 

OH MY GOD??? He smile at me? He really smile at me???? For goodness sake is it a good sign for me???

 

Wonwoo happily change his clothes and go to his class, he doesn’t care if he late and doesn’t hear what the professor says, he just really happy today.. that smile. Jisoo smile make his day.

 

“…. Won? Wonwoo? Jeon wonwoo??? Yah jeon wonwoo?!!”

 

“what what? what happen???”

 

“I’m the one who must say that idiot” said soonyoung

 

“ah you soonyoung, what is it?”

 

“I call you 5^th time and you not hear me? Really what’s wrong with you today?”

 

“he smile at me soonyoungie~ he smile at me~”

 

“you mean that library guy? That handsome library guy who came at exact time? That 12:15 guy?”

 

Wonwoo nodded happily

 

“who’s his name again?”

 

“jisoo.”

 

“you not mean hong jisoo right?” asked soonyoung

“I don’t really know his full name, I just know his name was jisoo. Wait let me remember, he write at the book H.Jisoo..”

 

“ow man, its really hong jisoo” said soonyoung

 

“what’s wrong? Do you know him?”

 

“I don’t know if this hong jisoo same as your jisoo, how this library guy jisoo look like, you may not say he’s really handsome! Say something else”

 

“hm, he’s not really tall. I guess he’s height around you and he’s short hair ..”

 

“that’s all?? You don’t know anything else”

 

Wonwoo shake his head

 

“okay then, this what I know about hong jisoo I know. He’s look like a sweet gentleman and also look smart cause I hear he always spend his time for lunch only about ten minute and spend the rest for study. But, it turn out he have a special relationship with this beautiful girl from F university and also giant handsome boy from N university, the same university as him—“ before soonyoung can continue wonwoo ask him

 

“wait wait, how do you know about all of this?”

 

“ah, I know from my little brother who go to N university, he’s part of journal community. So, in N university this hong jisoo really popular many guy and woman attached to him and want to confess but it turned out that hong jisoo reject everyone. At first it seems like he have someone in his heart but no one know. And the important fact is this hong jisoo never reject anyone by himself but that giant handsome boy who rejected all the confession for hong jisoo.--” again wonwoo cut soonyoung word

 

 

“wait wait. So you say that hong jisoo you know that sweet gentleman and also handsome have a bad habit about rejected a confession, is it your point?”

 

“NO” say soonyoung, “everything what I say is an important point” said soonyoung

 

“but I think that’s not really wrong if that giant handsome boy rejecting the confession for hong jisoo sake, there’s must be a reason, and its also possible that this giant handsome boy just his friend right?”

 

“you really a stubborn doesn’t you? Yup it’s possible this mingyu a.k.a the giant handsome boy is his friend, then what about the girl from F university? She’s really mysterious even my brother doesn’t know about her”

 

“First. I don’t really know if hong jisoo you know is same as 12:15 jisoo. I will make sure tomorrow. I’ll encourage myself to ask him tomorrow, “

 

“I wish you my luck won, I’ll go first then seok waiting for me”

 

“you always date kwon, don’t forget any task and we’ll have a few test this week”

So first, I must find out if this hong jisoo is a same as 12:15 jisoo

 

 

 

So today is the day wonwoo will do his observation, it’s Monday so jisoo will surely come at 12:15 like he used to.

 

12:15 exactly.

 

The door openend, but its not someone wonwoo expected. It’s someone else. He come toward wonwoo and bring a book in his hand

 

“excuse me may I know where to return this borrowed book?”

 

“oh here sir,” answer wonwoo

 

“you just have to confirm your identity here from when you borrowed until you return it” add wonwoo while point at a notebook ; borrowed and return book list

 

“but I’m not the one who borrowed it, is it okay if I’m the one who returned it?” said the man

 

“yes it’s okay, you just have to write your name and the one who borrowed it here

Sorry to ask something like this, have you ever come here before ?” asked wonwoo

 

“oh no, it’s my first time. I don’t really used to go to library, my hyung who borrow this book is the one who come here often” said the man while writing at borrow and return library book list

 

Kim Mingyu.. Wonwoo saw the man write his name

Where I hear that name? I think I hear it before

H. Jisoo .. what? jisoo? 12:15 jisoo? So this mingyu come to return booked that jisoo borrowed? So it’s mean jisoo not come today?? Ah mingyu, that name soonyoung mention before. The one who rejected all confession for that hong jisoo soonyoungie know… wait.. wait.. is this mean, 12:15 jisoo is same as Hong Jisoo? Holy

What must I do know?

 

“lo.. hello??” said mingyu to wonwoo who was absent-minded

 

“ah yes?”

 

“I’m finish write it is it done after this?”

 

Wonwoo pretend to read the book list and an idea came up

 

“sir, may I know what “H” stand for in this H.Jisoo”

 

“oh it’s my hyung name. Hong, Hong Jisoo”

 

Okay. You’re really done for now jeon wonwoo…

 

“ah okay then, it’s already done sir you may go, and have a nice day” said wonwoo

 

“oh one thing, my hyung can’t come cause he’s have another thing to take care of and he’s ask me to borrow this book for today, would you mind to get it for me? Cause I don’t really know this library well” asked mingyu while take out the paper with title of the book

 

“ah sure thing it’s my work anyway sir, you may sit there for waiting me search the book”

 

Mingyu nodded and sit there at the empty chair and take out his phone from his pocket

 

Soo Hyung Calling

 

“whatsup hyung?” said mingyu (whisper cause he’s at library)

 

“Yah! What take you so long?”

 

“can you just be patient hyung? I’m now waiting for your book, you the one who ask me to borrow that book remember. Ah hyung, he’s really handsome” mingyu chuckle

 

“don’t you dare kim, or I’ll tell your girlfriend”

 

“hyuuung >< don’t be like that, you know how often we fight right, don’t try to make us fight even more. Are you done there now hyung?”

 

“not yet, maybe a little more, you know how busy I am right?”

 

“ne ne ne, Hong Jisoo-ssi is the busiest person I ever know”

 

“shut up. come here fast, I’ll hung up now”

 

“ne hyung”

 

 

“sir, this is the book you want to borrow, mind to write again at the notebook”

Said wonwoo

 

“is it okay if I write down my hyung name? cause I’m sure he will be the one who return it,”

 

“it’s okay, hm.. may I ask if he’s your real hyung or just hyung?”  asked wonwoo brace up himself

 

“hm ,I don’t really understand your question but for me, jisoo hyung is a special hyung for me. That’s it. And I’m done writing, thank you very much for your help Jeon Wonwoo-ssi”

 

“ah your welcome” said wonwoo to mingyu who leave the library

 

Poor myself, I think jisoo and this mingyu not just a hyung-dongsaeng relationship… maybe they’re more than just brother thing?

 

“who’s that guy  before won?”

 

“mm. its 12:15 handsome guy acquaintance, he return the book for him cause he cant come,”

 

“he’s pretty handsome, and tall. I think he much better than 12:15 handsome guy”

 

“nope. In my eyes jisoo still the most handsome person I ever see”

Then jun leave wonwoo,

 

I think mingyu just a ‘dongsaeng’ but something inside me said the opposite.. maybe he’s jisoo special person?

 

 

 

 

“what take you so long gyu???”

 

“again, mad at me again, just like usual. Can’t you just say thank you to me for helping you”

 

“thank.you” jisoo said it ‘sincerely’

 

“I wait for this book so long, guess it’s far from the front desk and for your information that wonwoo who’s search this book for you”

 

“what? why you make him do it? I ask you not ask him, why you make his job more difficult??” said jisoo

 

“hellooo hong jisoo hyung, don’t you realized that you make other people a.k.a ME! Work harder and difficult from other???”

 

“so, you think like that? Fine I’ll not help you anymore, fair isn’t it?”

 

Hear jisoo saying something like that, mingyu attitude turn 180 degree  

 

“hyung hyung hyuuung, my lovely hyung please don’t do something like that, I’m sorry I wont say something like that again please help me anytime, you’re the one who can understand me and *** very well”

 

“okay then, apologized accepted” said jisoo

 

So it turn out that jisoo not 100% a gentleman he also can be a mean person, like now.

 

“oh one more hyung, he seems really upset when he see me open the door at 12:15, he must be think it was you. I think your theory is right” said mingyu

 

“are you really really sure?” ask jisoo

 

“very very much sure,” said mingyu then he’s phone buzzed, mingyu take out his phone and grin happily

 

“I must go now hyung,”

 

“okay then, I’ll go home in a minute see you at home, and one more please don’t fight anymore. You two are adult now, stop bickering at each other whenever you meet cause you two have such mini-long distance relationship right”

 

“aye sir, I’ll try my best. I’ll go now, --- will mad if I late again”

 

“hm, go then”

 

It’s great for date someone, must I date with someone too ? think jisoo.

 

 

“oh one more hyung, he seems really upset when he see me open the door at 12:15, he must be think it was you. I think your theory is right”

 

That word from mingyu earlier keep ringing in his head.. does that mean wonwoo have a little bit feeling for him? But jisoo can’t be so sure right now.

 

“I’ll confirm it tomorrow when I turn this book” said jisoo to himself

 

 

A few days already passed. It’s time for jisoo to turn back the book mingyu borrowed for him. He look at his watch, 12:13 ; 2 minutes to go inside

Jisoo open the library front door, and go to the front desk

 

“anything I can help sir?” said the librarian without looking at the customer

 

“I want to return this book” said jisoo

 

DEG! This sweet voice… could it be?

 

Wonwoo look at the customer carefully.,

 

He’s right. It’s really jisoo..

 

Without wonwoo notice he smile, wonwoo smile so do jisoo.

 

“can I return this book?”

“ah yes, yes you can.. you can write in this book ; borrow and return book list”

 

Jisoo take the pen from wonwoo and write it down. When he finish writing down he turn back the notebook also the pen

 

“anything else I can help sir?” asked wonwoo

 

“ah, I think I’m okay for now, thank you for your offer”

 

“it’s no problem sir.”

 

“don’t call me sir, just call me jisoo J” said jisoo

 

Wonwoo really don’t know what must he do, he feel happy inside it feels like if he smile right now it’ll be obvious that he fell for jisoo

 

“ah.. okay then jisoo-ssi”

 

Jisoo just chuckle hear wonwoo said that then go to bookshelf searching for some book then find a place to read the book

 

Wonwoo doesn’t know what make himself so brave, he go to the place where jisoo reading right now

 

“excuse me jisoo-ssi ?”

 

Jisoo who doesn’t notice that wonwoo appear in front him got surprise for a moment

 

“ah.. yes”

 

“I don’t mean to disturb you but it’s already 1:30 PM I guess this time is the usual time that you leave library I’m afraid you have another activity at this hour”

 

“ah you’re right it’s already 1:30 PM, thank you for remind me, I owe you a lot. Wonwoo-ssi if it’s okay with you let’s have a coffee in another time, lets say this is my payback” said jisoo

 

Wonwoo really really doesn’t know what happen to him today cause all of this was to sudden to be happen in his life. His crush just ask him to have a coffee together. How can he not happy???

 

Doesn’t know what to say, wonwoo just nodded his head as answer and jisoo leave the library.

 

 

“maybe I’ve some hope with him?” said jisoo to himself

 

Today is the day. Wonwoo will have his coffee date with jisoo

 

“what must I wear??”

 

People might be wondering if he’s crazy or not cause he look like talk to himself but no, his friend soonyoung is right beside him

 

“ya jeon wonwoo, it just a coffee date, why you so over about it?”

 

“it’s jisoo youngiiiie, JISOOOO. What must I do? What must I wear??”

 

So basically yesterday jisoo come to library to return some book, he specially return it to wonwoo and ask wonwoo to open page 30 when he’s leave. Once jisoo leave, wonwoo open the 30 page and found a note ‘tomorrow 5pm at Drift Away café, I’ll wait you there’

 

“just wear something you comfortable with, it’s not good to put much effort in first date” say soonyoung giving some advice

 

“you sure?”

 

Soonyoung just nodded

 

Wonwoo still wondering which one must he wear until his eyes land on a pair he like to wear just now

 

“what about this?” asked wonwoo

 

Soonyoung look at the clothes wonwoo show him

 

“it’s pretty good, casual and it just like you”

 

“okay then I’ll wear this one” said wonwoo then go to bathroom to change his clothes

 

Black pants, white tshirt with black outerwear and rounded glass

 

 

Wonwoo is there. Right in front of Drift away café door but seems like his feet doesn’t want to take some step

 

“welcome to our café, do you come alone sir?” asked the waitress when wonwoo finally open the door

 

“oh, he’s with me. Here wonwoo-ssi” said jisoo while wave his hand

 

“I’m sorry I took a long time,,” said wonwoo

 

“it’s okay do you want to order something?”

 

“just ice americano will be okay with me,” said wonwoo

 

“excuse me, we’ll have one ice Americano, one hazelnut frappe and chocolate cake” said jisoo as the waiter took a note of his order

 

“so wonwoo-ssi, may I ask you something?”

 

Wonwoo nodded

 

“what you do beside part-time worker as librarian?”

 

“I’m an university student, J university. What about you jisoo-ssi?” wonwoo asked back

 

“same, but I enter N university, why you choose librarian as your part time worker? It’s okay if you don’t really want to answer I just curious,”

 

“hm, firstly I really like read book, and being a librarian will become an advantage isn’t it? What about you? Why you like to come to G town library, don’t  N university also have a library?”

 

“they have, but they don’t have everything and the one which not really far with better book collection was G library, that’s it”

 

Just then their drink and food come,

 

“one ice Americano, one hazelnut frappe and chocolate cake” said the waiter while put down the food & drink

 

“I’m sorry if I ask something like this, do you really like something sweet or you just want to eat and drink it right now?”

 

“hmm, I like them. i’m not like everything that have a sweet taste but personally I addicted to chocolate, beside reading a book. It’s not really match with my personality right?”

 

“I don’t have the right to say something like that, but it’s really true then, ‘don’t judge someone by it’s  cover’ “

 

Jisoo just smile hearing that word from wonwoo

 

“what about you don’t you have something you like that almost addicted to you?”

 

“you”

 

No no, what the hell you think wonwoo! Wake up!

 

“cheese burger I guess” said wonwoo

 

Before two of them can say anything else jisoo phone’s rang

 

“excuse me for a moment,” said jisoo to wonwoo

 

Just when jisoo come back from his phone call his face suddenly change,

 

“I’m really sorry that I must go now, my friend need me right now, I’m really sorry” said jisoo

 

“it’s okay jisoo-ssi, I’ll take my leave with you also then” said wonwoo

 

As two of them wait for the bill, jisoo asked the waiter to borrow him a note and pen then he give the note to wonwoo before they parted away

Tomorrow has come, wonwoo as usual waiting for jisoo at library. Just when jisoo come in he greet wonwoo

 

“good afternoon wonwoo-ssi”

 

“good afternoon jisoo-ssi, anything I can help today?” asked wonwoo

 

“I want to know which section that have this kind of book?” asked jisoo while show the book he borrow from another day

 

“I’ll show you the way” said wonwoo, while walking and jisoo following

 

“this is the section, you can find many book like the book you returned earlier, kind of romance with action and a little bit comedy” explain wonwoo

 

“thank you very much wonwoo-ssi”  said jisoo while look around at the bookshelf

 

BRUGH!

 

Just before wonwoo go  there a loud noise from where jisoo standing, the book was falling

 

“are you okay jisoo-ssi?” asked wonwoo

 

“I’m okay, I’m sorry I’ll organized it by myself” said jisoo shyly

 

“it’s okay I’ll help you, I’m also wrong just leave you away not ask if you need any help from me”

 

“thank you very much wonwoo-ssi, I’m such a trouble for you”

 

“no no you’re not. I’m sorry to ask this are you really go to N university? Cause I’m searching you by my friend who also in 2^nd term but he doesn’t know you,” said wonwoo while organize the book

 

“ah—“ before jisoo can continue his answer, his phone vibrating. Someone call him

 

Jisoo answer his phone

 

“what is it kyung-ah?” said jisoo whisper cause he’s inside the library

 

“Man? Woman? But it’s woman voice I think”  think jeon wonwoo

 

“what you already here? Wait a minute” said jisoo then hung up the phonecall

 

“I’m sorry wonwoo-ssi I think I must go now, really really thank you for helping me, I’ll treat you next time,” said jisoo while walking with wonwoo to the front of library

 

Just before the two of them arrived at librarian desk, a woman approach jisoo and hugged him

 

“oppaa..”

“let’s talk outside kyung-ah” said jisoo while hold her hand and bring her outside

 

“see you tomorrow wonwoo-ssi”

 

Wonwoo doesn’t know what to say or what to do , he doesn’t have the face to look at jisoo right now. It seem’s like his happiness from tomorrow disappear like it never happen before.

His love will end like this, he think

 

 

Jisoo see that. Jisoo see that wonwoo doesn’t even look at him or wave at him, he’s doomed. Nothing will work from now he guess

 

“what now kyung-ah?” asked jisoo to this woman called kyung by him

 

“oppa, mingyu keep replay his mistake all over” said her

 

“minkyung-ah, please can two of you not fight for once? You know that it’s hard to do long distance relationship right?”

 

“but he’s like that. All the time”

 

“like what? explain to me, what bother you? I’m your brother anyway. Talk to me”

 

“I’m jealous. I know that was my fault, but mingyu also wrong, he always forget about anything” explain minkyung

 

“you know that your boyfriend mingyu really famous for his face right? We can’t do anything about that.. he forget but he always miss you anytime kyung-ah,” said jisoo then show a picture in his phone

“you see? He spend about 3 hours to find the best present for you when you date yesterday, but what he end up can’t give it to you cause you two fight again and cause of that my date also ruined”

 

“sorry.. oppa.. I know, I know he always think about me, maybe I’m the one who really selfish” said minkyung regret

 

“there’s nothing wrong about selfish toward love but you must understand and care each other beside that selfish thing” said minkyung while pat his sister head

 

“I can’t find him today opp, do you see him. I want to say sorry and explain everything” said minkyung

 

Before jisoo can answer, another voice get in between two of them

 

“there’s no need to find me, cause I hear everything and I can understand all of it” said mingyu

 

“min--, oppaaa it must be you” said minkyung

 

“if I don’t do something like this, you two will never understand everything” said jisoo

“now it’s time for you two please take your girlfriend kim mingyu” add jisoo

 

“yes sir” said mingyu while take minkyung hand and walk with her

 

 

“what must I do now?” asked jisoo to himself

Wonwoo doesn’t want to reply or meet jisoo later, he hope his shift will over quickly, right when the shift over he rush to his locker and pack his stuff and ready to go before his phone ringing.

Wonwoo doesn’t answer it, suddenly he hear jun voice from front desk

 

“sir it’s only for staff, you can’t come in”

 

“call wonwoo-ssi for me please, I need to talk with him”

 

“wait a minute sir, I’ll call him for you” said jun then walk to locker room

“I hear it, I don’t want to meet him jun-a, I don’t want my heart hurt even more” said wonwoo

 

“I’ll say that you leave already then”  said jun then go back to front desk

 

“my bad sir, wonwoo already left library” said jun

 

Jisoo doesn’t believe it, cause somehow he hear wonwoo voice just when this jun named man go inside the locker room for staff

 

Jisoo walk outside, waiting for wonwoo pass by

 

Once again he dialed wonwoo number, luckily wonwoo phone ring loudly

jisoo search where the sound come in and find him immediately.

 

“find you,” said jisoo take wonwoo’s hand

 

“ji—wa---“ said wonwoo try to release himself

 

“I want to talk to you right now” said jisoo then pull wonwoo inside library then walk to corner section

 

They stand there face to face in silent until jisoo open his mouth

 

“what make you avoid me, wonwoo-ssi?”

 

“I’m not jisoo-ssi..” said wonwoo weakly

 

“I know for sure that you avoid me, you not reply my message nor answer my call”

 

“I’m just busy” answer wonwoo doesn’t want to look jisoo in the eyes

 

It’s all just an excuse, jisoo know that

 

“enough then, “ said jisoo while trap wonwoo with his both hand so wonwoo can look at him at the eyes

“I’ll ask again, what make you avoid me won-ah?” asked jisoo again

 

Won-ah… did he called me won-ah? Did he put out the ssi in my name??? did he do it for real or mistaken

Jisoo doesn’t know how to react, right now he really want to laugh but it’s not really a good time for him to laugh,

Suddenly with both hands still trapped wonwoo jisoo face get closer to wonwoo’s slowly then he whisper

 

“he’s my sister won-ah” said jisoo

Wonwoo doesn’t know what to say, he’s speechless. He want to shout but he’s in library just right now

 

Just in a flash after whispering jisoo’s face slowly get really closer with wonwoo faces and

This time jisoo’s body trapped by wonwoo both hands, now he’s fully understand what that words and grin mean

“what so funny?” wonwoo asked again

Without any word wonwoo come closer to jisoo face,

“stupid! Why you even asked”

“let me take off your glasses so it wont get in the way” said jisoo while take of wonwoo glasses meanwhile wonwoo face got closer to his face, and just then wonwoo kiss jisoo beautiful lips

 

 

After some session they had they both hold hand and walked outside library to head to their home. When they just separate in the way, wonwoo turn around and call jisoo

 

“Jisoo” called wonwoo while they already like 3 or 4m away

 

Jisoo turn around to see wonwoo

 

“I ALSO LIKE YOU~” said wonwoo shamelessly then turn his body

 

Jisoo got speechless cause of what he says just now, he’s face all red right now and some people near him congrats him. Jisoo take his bus then message wonwoo right then
