01 : one account per person, unless you can be equally active on two accounts. You must inform BASE if you do decide to create another account. 

02 : activity is of utmost importance. Two days of inactivity will result in a warning, and three will get you kicked out. (hiatuses last for up to three weeks, and semi-hiatuses last for up to two!) 

03 : subscribing is a must, and upvoting is optional. 

04 : we only accept asian faceclaims. you may choose an international face when temp-ccing. 

05 : character changes are limited to once a week. you may temp-cc whenever, with three day intervals in between. keep in mind that you may not temp-cc for more than two days. 

06 : no interacting with outsiders! 

07 : you can retweet from fan accounts, but don’t flood tl. minimize ooc as much as possible, and keep it in brackets if you must. 

08 : this is an au rp, so you can change the name/age of your character, to make them your own. 

09 : talk to everyone! the only thing you need to mind is that triggering topics, facechasing, biased replies, cliques, and otp chasing are forbidden.

01 : we accept both TWT and AFF reservations. comment or mention us with the reservation format! 

02 : reservation format is:

faceclaim name:, faceclaim occupation: (group/solo/model) –– character name:, character age: (must be between the ages of 13-24), timezone:.

03 : after being approved by one of the admins, create an account with the username format: NAMEDX or DXNAME (UPPERCASE) –– and mention base! this can be either the fc's name or your chara's name!  

04 : recycled accounts are okay, as long as you clear your previous followings and tweets.

05 : make sure you create the appropriate threads (check BASE's pinned tweet for more info!).
