Ilaria Multishop support story

Description

Because it's hard for me to answer the walls and pms with all requests and over 50 staff members, I've decided to make this form and keep here the problems in the shop. Please keep in mind that we have over 150 requests each batch, sometime even more. Also , many of our users are on Christmas and New year vacation so please have patience.
 
If you have a problem with your request, please complete this short form and add it bellow. From now on I will not answer to pm or on my wall. There were users that deleted their comments and then called me names for not answering something I didn't see.
 
Here will be added when a user comes, leaves or goes on hiatus in the shop.

Hi, I haven't request for this batch yet. I want to request for a beta reader.
Is there any chapter limit for the first request on this batch (which is free)? And can I request from someone who's busy?

Type of request: Beta reader
Problem: I've requested for a beta reader naned Belo441 but she(?) didn't even accept my co-author request (to edit my story cuz I disallowed word selection) but until the end, there was nothing came from her. Then, about 2 weeks ago I asked her about the progress and she said she did well but truthfully, I didn't receive anything at all. And ARMIN sent me messages & asked me to change my beta reader, which I did & chose BookAngel12390 but I didn't know if the request/change is accepted or not.
