There are things in our life that even if how hard we try to forget they still remain in our hearts,like our first love hello eveyone and readers our main character's name is Chang Wook,he met the one who took his heart,she is Yuri If you look at her,you will be jaw-dropped by her beauty and because he want to know more about her,he did a plan,he is popular in their school because of his looks and intelligence so he requested the teacher's to transfer him in the section where Yuri is

"hhhmm looks like your courting someone eh?"his mother said while caressing his hair"mom don't mess with my hair it's so difficult to fix"he hissed before making a sad face while taking off her hand from his hair"tss do you think your hair is looking good?"she asked teasingly at him

His mother is always like that to him in fact she is not just a mother to him but is also a friend that is why people would say or mistaken her as a teenager eventhough she is already in her mid 40's because the way she moves is like a teenager,a bright person and a big-time joker

"you just don't know the trend mom"he protested while fixing his hair and winked at her"you know chang wook if you will court me I will not say yes to you"Mrs. Ji said in a serious tone after she he waited for her to continue but when she didn't he spoke

"Why mom?"he shortly asked,she looked at him as if she was insulting him"because your styles are old now"she answered and laughed so loud

This is why chang wook adores his mother so much,she lives like she has no problem,eventhough our electricity is about to be cutted she wouldn't just be at the corner and cry because her motto in life is that all problems has solutions,she is the only one that chang wook and his brother,hansol has when their father left them for another woman

"Mom if you would just help me instead of laughing then maybe I will be able to make her answer me"he said while looking at her"okay our royal prince I'll help you"she walked near to hi and fixed the collar of his uniform caring,kind,and beautiful characteristics that his mother have that he want his future wife to have

[Chang Wook's POV]

One day while I was walking in the corridor of 3rd year and 4th year I suddenly saw yuri,she was in a hurry I could see it in her face and because I am known for my abilities in girls I immediately walked towards her

"Hi yuri"I greeted as I came near her,she looked at me and smiled a little,I have a feeling that every bird in the sky sang when she smiled at me,I know that we are about to be late in our class but I don't care because I just want to talk to her"have you already finished our homework in math"I asked,it is my first time to be embarrassed infront of a girl because my question is nonsense but it is the only question that I have in mind so I can talk to her

"yeh,I already finished it my father helped me"she answered as she looked at me with a serious face I don't know what will I ask to her after my first question I thought that I can continue our conversation if she would ask me the same question but she didn't say anything that seems like she doesn'y have interest to continue our conversation I wonder why,it's been a while that we were quiet same as our surroundings as we walked,a few more steps and we would arrive to our classroom but I wanted to talk to her and hear her voice

"Yuri"I called to her so I could get her attention she looked at me and asked seriously"what is it?"

"Do you already have a partner for the lantern that we are going to make?"I asked"isn't that would be made by partners?,I still don't have a partner,if you want we could be partners"I almost bit my lip because I was shocked that those words just came out of my mouth unconsciously I waited for her answer but she didn't,I already lost hope so I thought of making a plan B so I and Yuri can become close but before we could even sit on our seats she lightly tapped my shoulder I was shocked on the next words that came from her

"Okay chang wook let's be partners I'll do the design and you just take care of the materials"she said and as she sat she was still smiling at me I was left on the door dumbfounded and if Minho didn't call me then I wouldn't wake up from reality and come in the room that I thought a while ago is heaven because I was smiling like an idiot and my angel Yuri is there too

I waited for the day,the day that we will start on doing our lantern,I am excited to buy the materials that we will use while I was entering the gate of our school I heard a voice call my name"chang wook"I turned around and saw my angel yuri"good morning chang wook I'm excited to do our project and I also bought some materials that we could use"she said while smiling

"chang wook are you okay?"she asked returning my soul to my body"ah eh yes ofcourse I'm just thinking of what we should do for our lantern"I said,the truth is I want us to have the highest mark because I want to impress myself to her so if we could have a new project I will be her partner again

"Let's do our best to show them our talent and for everyone to see our art"I happily said to her,we started doing our project and everytime she would catch me staring at her she would just laugh at me she's making me fall for her even more because of her being energetic,industrious and persistent in everything she does,and we finished our lantern in one week if only I could make the time slower so I can be with her every break and dismissal

My teacher said that the lantern I did with yuri was chosen as one of the highest marked she was so happy same as me and because she was so happy she hugged me that she did unconsciously,caughting me off guard and almost making me died of happiness"the next time let's do things even more better"I said as she broke the bug

"ofcourse but I want you to be my partner again"she said while smiling and pinched my cheek my happiness didn't stopped until I came home my mom saw that I was smiling like an idiot so she teased me again

"yah your smile is new today eh?"she asked"looks like you already made a move on your crush"she added while winking"not just that mom just wait and you will be able to meet someone"I proudly said at her

"oh okay eat now,maybe it's just because your hungry"she added again teasingly"tss don't care mom but what's important is that I'm in love"she just smiled"Ah chang wook I heard from my old friends that your father is back in Korea they said he had one to America"she misses our father so much and I could hear it in her voice but I just kept mum I just smiled before kissing her cheek and came to my room I don't want to say things that could hurt her

So what if he is back?,I don't care because he is the reason why our lives and family is broken,I will never and ever accept him and because of that news my beatiful night was broken and I remembered the pain he gave us
