~:~Hyunjae~:~

~11:50 PM~

Hyunjae was seated on the couch, getting suffocated by her two oppas: Kim Heechul and Lee Sungmin. They were showering her with questions, trying to find out what she wanted for Christmas. They WERE in the middle of a little competition after all.

~Flash back~

“Hm. What should I get Hyunjae?” Heechul questioned aloud as he pranced into Super Junior’s kitchen.

“You don’t know what you want to get her, hyung?” Sungmin asked, being the only one home at that moment.

Heechul turned to the sudden voice and realized that he wasn’t the only person there.

‘The hell? And here I thought I’d have the place all to myself.’ Heechul rolled his eyes as he turn looked at Sungmin with a fake smile.

“Oh, yeah, I haven’t gotten her anything yet. I have ideas, but I don’t know if she’d like them since she has a very distinguished style to her things.”

Sungmin gave Heechul a confused look before he started to panic.

“Omo! What if she doesn’t like my present for her?”

Heechul quirked an eyebrow. “What did you get her?”

Sungmin blushed. “I made her something.”

Heechul was now extremely curious as to what his dongsaeng got for his Hyunjae. So for the rest of the day, Heechul tried to get Sungmin to reveal his present, but to his dismay, he failed miserably.

~Flash back: End~

“So maknae~ What was on your wish list for Santa this year?” Heechul asked, a grin playing on his face.

Hyunjae stared at Heechul blankly. “Oppa, how old do you think I am?”

“Used to be sixteen, now seventeen.”

“Yeah. I don’t make wish lists to Santa. I don’t think I ever have.”

Sungmin laughed at Hyunjae’s little remark. “I think what hyung is trying to say it, what do you want for Christmas?”

Hyunjae thought about it for a few seconds before she said, “I don’t know. Anything that will keep me warm?”

Heechul rolled his eyes at Hyunjae’s overly specific answer and decided to go get something to drink. Sungmin on the other hand, smiled widely at Hyunjae’s answer and decided to follow Heechul. Hyunjae watched her oppas leave as her Aejung unnie soon came over.

Hyunjae and Aejung were soon engaged into a conversation when they were interrupted by their one and only leader.

“Ten more seconds till Christmas!”

Hyunjae turned to her Aejung unnie who tiredly got up from her seat and headed over to where Kyuhyun was standing. She smiled at the two and took a sip of her hot chocolate.

“5!” The group counted.

“4!”

“3!”

“2!”

“1!”

“Merry Christmas!”

Hyunjae smiled at the warm scene before her, but soon shivered when a small breeze blew by her. She turned to where the breeze blew and realized that Hyorin was now outside, doing something she couldn’t see with Donghae.

All of sudden, she felt something wrap around her neck. She looked up to see Sungmin towering over her with a warm smile. She looked down at herself and saw that Sungmin had wrapped her neck with a white knitted scarf. She smiled at how the scarf brought her warmth, protecting her from being exposed to the cold air that her leader had created.

“What’s this?”

“It’s my present for you, since you said you wanted something warm, although, I made this for you before I found out.”

Hyunjae’s eyes widened. “Oppa, you made this?” Hyunjae looked down at the scarf once again, amazed.

Sungmin nodded as he leaned down and kissed Hyunjae gently on the forehead.

“Merry Christmas Hyunjae~”
