The man had always figured the world was a complicated place even before his discovery, but it only grew more complex after. Mr. Han shuffled through the profiles of several men, women, and children that were piled up on one of his five cluttered work desks. How people will special powers began to pop up out of nowhere wasn't something he had discovered yet, but he did have a list of people with these so called abilities. Thirteen profiles were seperate from the others, sitting in a lonely pile to his left. Fifty seven 'elementals' (as they were called by the private organization the government paid to manage this sudden abnormalty) were in custody. Only thirteen were indentified on the list as 'yet to be apprehended.' Mr. Han yawned but stifled the urge to sleep with a big gulp of quickly cooling coffee, staring intensely past his reading glasses as he picked up another tiny stack of pages with a different font and format due to the fact that he was the one who made them.

Five teenagers. Mr. Han had spent copious amounts of money and even more time working with the resources to bring these boys all to one town without drawing suspicion. Because while the government wanted to hide the fact that humans with what looked like superpowers were popping up one by one, Mr. Han wanted to hide the fact that he knew the location of five that the government didn't note yet. Whether to train these kids in their powers or to find a way to erase them, he wasn't sure what to do yet.
