A dim green light lit up the dark room, signaling sucess at the 17th time Daehan tried hack the whole device. He stood on the highest floor of a laboratory , the International Force Research Center of Seoul, Korea. The interior obviously stood out compared to other buildings he has ever entered. The walls and compartments were designed by renowned architects, simply futuristic.

The teen boy with a snapback around his big head turned to his sister once finished cracking the code, bypassing the security system. The girl beside him reflected his own expression with a big smile upon her baby face, assuming they're only a step away from their goal.

To steal the latest model of a new creation, the Atchercix, an underestimated cube the size of a single nail.

Ten years ago, the United Nations have raised funds for a team composed of the world's smartest brains to invent  modern weapons and fire hands using modern technology. Results came in as a year ago theu announced the roots of Project X, directed by the Chief of the team, Professor Lee Soo Man.

The Atchercix is the beginning of a scientic breakthrough, a tool that condenses human thoughts through brain waves into reality, literally. If one person were to make a clear image of an appearing bird, the cube shall grant your dream and instantly a  bird is created on thin air.

The details and the structure solely relies dependably on one's creativity, intellect, and the ability to focus on long periods. As soon as the image of the bird in your mind dissolve into matter, the bird that had lived for only a few seconds shall dissapear along.

Daehan, a daredevil swearing to Gods that he will delete all data in the system and take away the finalize product to ensure humanity does not fall to it's creation. Because he knew in this world, there are people who would use something like the Atchercix with greed and take over the world.

That's how dangerous this project is. It might ruin humanity forever.

He brought his sister with him to this place at midnight, thinking a current function taking place down town had left the place vulnerable, unlike the usual where men in blacks stood at every corner of the skyscraper.

DNNG DNNG DNNG DNNG.

He gulped, tightening his hold around his sister's wrist, his heart beat faster than ever his entire life, realizing the turn of events. He kneeled one knee down and held her small cheeks, kissing each side with love.

"Bae Ju Hyun, my little sister," He whispered softly to his innocent 5- year old sister. They lived in an orphanage and this was the first time they came to the city, a daintless act they planned out together for a year now. Her sister although young is really smart, and knew how to say his name the first time she was introduced to him, but that's a story for next time.

"Daehan Oppa, what's wrong?" Ju Hyun tilted her head slightly, her eyes kneeding together at her brothers odd tone.

Daehan heaved a sigh and his shoulder's shook violently, with eyes watering each time, hesitating to tell her sister the truth.

"Hyun-ah, listen to me for one last time?" He swallowed hard, wiping away the tears before his she noticed it, laughing the sudden sadness away.

Ju Hyun nodded, and he hugged her.

"Never..."

Her voice slurred, "Never?"

He spoke quickly, "Never let go of someone that's does this, next thing I'm about to say, promise me." Then lifted his pinky up and forced her face muscles to at least show a smile, no matter has ridiculous it looked. Ju Hyun that had little conscience back then, and only nodded furiously, always knowing older brother's advice were the best.

"I promise!"

With one last breath he held, he grinned.

"Never let go of someone that protects you with their life at stake."

A gun shot pierced right into his throat.

It happened all too fast. His pupils enlarged when a unexpected shock disabled his movements, including his heart. Daehan felt his legs touching nothing, knowing he was flying up into the air by the impact of the new Ak-47 that stunts enemies.

His body dropped hard, hugging the glass before he eyed forward, showing his sister Ju Hyun now sitting on the floor, tears flowing like a fountain.

He was glad he tried.

And his life ended.

The lights were suddenly , startling the poor child. She stared at her dear brother, not believing what her pure eyes just witnessed. But this wasn't the end her nightmare, unfortunately, as she moves her gaze to the reflection of a cranky cyborg carrying chainsaws.

Chainsaws?

The only thing that surfaced to her mind was a word.

"No....NO.....NO...!" She plead, tone higher than it was.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!"
