Jongdae runs past several busy bodies, squeezing in between some clustered group of girls who chirp a farewell to him in their sweetest voice and dodging a few slow walkers while holding back a frustrated groan. A sigh of relief slips through his lips when he sights the open door and the sun that's luring him outside.
"Hey Jongdae, you coming to the party this Saturday?" Taeyoung joins him while he walks down the stairs. Jongdae contemplates on it for a moment before frowning. "Can't. Dad's movie is premiering that night," he smiles apologetically at his classmate who nods his head in understanding.
"More ladies for me then," Taeyoung winks at him and heads off in his way after waving Jongdae a goodbye. Jongdae vaguely why girls want to waste their time on him considering that he is openly uninterested in the opposite gender, but he answers his own question.
Being the only child of one of the greatest actors of this generation does make him a magnet that attracts unnecesarry attraction. Jongdae shakes the thought off with a sigh. That is how life works, Baba always tells him.
