"A guardian angel? What the heck is that?"

Hongdae high school located in the mapo district of Seoul is a school full of prestigious youths with dreams and the potential to fulfill those dreams. But the teachers and principal have been having some troubles lately. With bullying and the students not having a lot of friends that the youths used to have back in the day. So they came up with the brilliant idea to start a project to stop all this, with the Christmas month approaching they decided to call it the 'guardian angel project' the students will each get a name of another student in the school. They are not allowed to reveal that they are the guardian angel to the certain student and shall keep it a secret. What is a guardian angel you may wonder? Well a guardian angel is a person who looks out for another student and tries to keep them happy and in good spirits until the red and green holiday comes around. This can be accomplished with different methods such as giving the other student gifts, helping them with their grades, helping them in general, being their friend or just being there when needed.

Enough with back story already. You want to know who the story really is about right? This little story is about a 18 year old girl that's having her final and last year at Hongdae high school. She's no one special at school really, she's not that popular neither is she one of those poor kids getting bullied. She's just Gae Hyunmi a girl who likes fictional people more than the people in reality. 

What happens when the human Hyunmi is supposed to be the guardian angel of is someone she doesn't know even existed on this earth but all the other students know? It's no one other than Jeon Jungkook.

How will Hyunmi survive in being a guardian angel with social skills as a dead turtle? Wanna find out? Read a chapter or two~
