It was a peaceful noon.

The aroma of brewed coffee beans and creamy milk espresso filled the slightly chilly air in the café, creating an aura within the establishment close to a warm home. The café settled at the corner of a main street wasn’t packed with people which was unusual, but the employees working were relieved. They weren’t rushing about like always, so they were taking enough time to attend to their customers’ needs. A couple of people took their caffeine fix for the day, others had iced Frappuccino over friendly chatter, while a vibrant couple seated at the corner of the establishment were both having their favorite drinks as they work.

Their bright blonde hair made their presence in the place noticeable. Although glances were thrown at them, they did not budge. The blonde male quietly hummed a note as he wrote its symbol on the music sheet. The blonde female, however, kept on sketching on her handy sketchbook, sweeping her bangs away from her eyes.

“I think I should trim my bangs again,” the female whose name is Lisa spoke out in a hushed tone as she swept away her bangs for the nth time.
