Here's to hoping there are still some people out there who read writer's notes. lol. If no one reads, I'd write it anyway. haha

The Helpless Cries of a Siren, or simply Siren, was originally meant to be a part of a three part story: Siren being a Jamie-centric chapter, Rhythm being a Jimin-centric one, and lastly, Sanctuary is about the two of them. However, I seem to be completely stuck with Rhythm and while I'd like to wait for myself to finish the entire three-part story, real life is already catching up to me with a hectic work sched. Since I already finished Jamie's chapter anyway, I decided to just go ahead and post it on my tumblr rather than let it go unpublished.

While I wrote Siren as a Jamie centric story, I feel like it's more appropriate to call it a reflection of my thoughts. Jamie and Jimin in my writings are simply characters and vehicles of my thoughts; but I still hope that as readers, you enjoy my writings.

My stories are initially posted on tumblr (which is a more preferred platform for me and my writings) with the same name. If anyone is interested (and you're actually reading my long- note, congratulations!), there you'd find another snapshot entitled Menage a Trois (it's a 2jimin oneshot). ^_^

And lastly, while I don't really mind people not leaving a comment about the story (I really wrote this for myself anyway, and I'm guilty of not leaving comments to most stories too), do know that your thoughts and feedbacks about the story would definitely be appreciated...
