V- the beach
The Stray's Owner.
"Goomi ah!" he hummed.
It was as if it was him I was waiting for in the park.
We watched the cats as usual.
"hey Goomi,"
"I want you to look at this." He said giving me a picture.
"it’s the beach.." I said handing him the picture.
"yeah I know." He smiled.
*silence*
"come with me to the beach." He said.
I looked at him and he seem to be happy.
"why me." I asked.
"don't you want to go to the beach?" he looked at me.
I looked away quickly.
"its not that… its just… why me?"
"ahhh-- that's simple!" he smiled.
"because you're the one I want to be with." He answered.
I blushed. "I mean, to be with me when I go to the beach. " he smiled, clearing things up.
And so, after a week, we headed to the nearest coast.
Omma packed us a picnic basket.
She was practically pushing me out the door the day before.
We got to the beach and an irresistible smile plastered onto Jinyoung's face.
He ran to the shore.
I just trailed behind him holding onto our picnic.
"come on." He said pulling my hand.
We soaked our feet into the cold tingly water.
"Goomi ah!" he shouted.
He splashed water towards me,
"yah!! Jinyoung!" I whined.
I really had a fun time with Jinyoung.
We finally sat down and enjoyed the whole beach to ourselves.
Omma packed us quite some snacks and kimbaps.
"you know,
I enjoy myself even if you're really quiet.
You're nice to animals and you're nice to me as well." Jinyoung said.
I could feel the warmth of his words.
"I enjoy that exclusivity." He said proudly.
"s-so do I." I smiled timidly.
As I stared at the sea while I lied down on our mat.
I saw Jinyoung at the corned of my eye.
"Jinyoung!" I shouted as I quickly ran towards him.
"Jinyoung!" I repeated as I quickly made my way to his side.
Jinyoung collapsed all of a sudden.
I couldn't run for help...
I didn't want to leave him there...
This was too much for me!! >.<
What if this was serious??
Should I go call an ambulance??
...
...
...
"mrrmmgh--" I heard him grumble.
I looked at him worriedly relieved.
His eyes opened and looked at me.
"a-a-are you feeling better??" I asked.
He tried to stand up.
"n-no Jinyoung. I think you should rest some more." I softly pushed him back.
"ohhh! n-no way, the tide's coming in." he stood up quickly.
I tried to ask him what happened to him but he wouldn't answer.
He just stared at me and melted me to my core.
I was pretty bummed out when I went home.
I made sure he got in his front door before I went home.
this was so unexpected....
