IV- dinner ♥
The Stray's Owner.
"sorry about hyung thinking we're a couple."
"no, its okay." I smiled.
"Goomi-ah! Is that you?"
I looked up and it was omma.
I ran towards her.
She eyed Jinyoung.
"ma," I bowed down, "welcome home."
She didn't mind me.
I followed her gaze to Jinyoung.
"ah- ma, this is Jinyoung." I introduced him.
"good evening." He bowed.
"oh, good evening." Omma bowed as well.
She opened the gate.
"would you like to stay a while and eat dinner with us?" mom eagerly invited Jinyoung.
"I would love to." He smiled.
Jinyoung and I sat in the living room quietly. We heard omma in the kitchen, she was really busy.
"do you think we should help her?" Jinyoung suggested.
"its up to you." I pouted.
"lets go." He smiled.
"do you need help omma?" I asked.
"since when did go around offering help?" she acted surprised.
Jinyoung laughed.
I was so embarrassed.
"Jinyoung oppa wanted to help. We thought you were struggling back here."
"ah!" she smiled, "no no no~ I'm perfectly fine" she sad nicely.
"do you live around here Jinyoung?" omma asked.
"yes, I live in this neighborhood as well."
"ahhh… it’s the first time Goomi has brought a friend. I'm really surprised."
"I must be really lucky." Jinyoung said politely while looking at me.
I really can't help but blush!
I ate quietly as omma interviewed Jinyoung.
"do you have a girlfriend?" omma asked Jinyoung.
I choked.
They looked at me.
"yah, don't eat too fast." Omma chided.
"no. I'm trying to enjoy my life." He answered.
He was a little embarrassed as well.
How do parents do that?
Make us all uncomfortable when we have friends around.
ohhhh..... omma, i'd so want to hit you.
"good night then." He smiled at me as I accompanied him outside our house.
"sorry for the trouble." I bowed.
"what are you talking about? It was a lot of fun, getting to eat with you and your mom." He smiled.
I smiled at him.
He went on his way.
"see you tomorrow." I blurted out.
He stopped and turned around.
I was flushed.
"ne. see you tomorrow Goomi." He nodded.
That was so awkward.
I complain that he always finds me…
But the truth was…
I was glad that he would…
