Everyone’s excited for the company’s treat for JongDae’s department for achieving an all time kill high ratings for their drama with LuNa. It was very well received and they get to extend two more episodes for the drama. Everyone bet it to be the drama of the year and their goal is to snatched all the awards including the best director for small screen for their beloved Kim PD-nim which held annually

 

But what’s more depressing for JongDae and Jin is they are not in good terms longer than before the argument they have; JongDae is telling her to do things which she just silently obeyed and when JongDae told how stupid she was when she did something wrong, she just silently accepted it all; for her what’s the point of saying something if his ears are closed for explanation, She was living and working like a dead one; like awhile ago when everyone is busy editing for the clips in the conference room and discussing which will be a good clip to be the teaser for the next episode

 

Everyone was sitting in the table all facing their laptops, Jin was across from JongDae, Jin was typing the sequencing when JongDae told her something 

 

She did answered to him still zoning out while looking at her laptop, she rose the volume up of the certain clip they are reviewing causing everyone to jolt up as the scene of screening tire on the floor was on cue

 

“Jin, Pause it. Please.” SoYou pleaded while covering both of her ears

 

But Jin didn't budged causing JongDae to stood up and walked around where she was and paused it for everyone's sake

 

“ARE YOU STUPID?” He shouted to her as he closed her laptop causing her to go back to her senses

 

“Sorry.” She apologized as she saw her colleagues giving her worried and unamused looks

 

She looked at JongDae who just gave her another uncanny remark how stupid she was and what hurt her most was when he, she didn’t know if was just because of the moment, said that she shouldn’t comeback, she was searching his eyes and he mean it. Everyone was silent and trying to configure on what their Boss said is somehow trying to hint that they do have a past 

 

“Sorry.” She apologized again while looking straight at him trying to stop her tears

 

 

Everyone was gathering at the lobby, all are excited because JongDae told them that his friends are going to be there too, The females squealed in excitement because they knew that his friends are as equally handsome as their boss. Jin was just at the back sitting on the chair silently

 

ChanYeol arrived to pick up SoYou, then LuNa who was dropped off by her chauffeur and will ride with JongDae, All went out of the building and deciding who will ride with who and take cabs, SoYou can’t offer Jin with her since ChanYeol brought his two-seater sports car, so as JongDae with LuNa

 

“No, I’m fine.” She tried to assure to SoYou

 

“You can ride with us.” MinJi offered

 

“No. I’ll take the cab I need to buy something first.” She lied an excuse as everyone is becoming suspicious to her

 

Then another car was arriving and pulled off behind JongDae’s car and a handsome lad went down and went straight to where Jin was standing; Everyone is puzzled who he was, Jin never told them she has a boyfriend, Everyone is watching them including JongDae

 

“JunMyeon-Ah. I thought you’re going to be late and just meet us there?” She asked as he was standing in front of her

 

“I changed my mind. Let's go.” He simply answered her as he took her bag and put on his right shoulder and while her left hand intertwined with her leading her to the car

 

He opened the passenger's door for her and gave her bag before he closed and jogged across the drivers’ seat, he was about to close the door when he greeted ChanYeol and SoYou then talked to JongDae

 

“See you there. JongDae-ah.” He said before entering to his car and revved up to our destination

 

All can JongDae is watch Jin being drifted away from him, He was too pre-occupied when she heard a voice beside him

 

“I didn’t know that Jin has a boyfriend. They look together though.” LuNa pointed out before entering his car

 

And for the nth time he was hurting all over again because of Jin, how could he let go of her and his feelings it she took it with her at the first place

 

 

As they arrived at the rented karaoke where food and drinks are serve, Jin couldn’t help but to feel down despite of the festive vibe that has her colleagues and bosses have; she doesn’t have the mood to talk but to drink, yes. She needs it the most

 

She was seated with LuNa and SoYou on one table while the guys are just beside them; MinSeok, who’s PD in  a music station came, KyungSoo, who’s an actor came; LuNa and him knew each other; then ChanYeol, Baekhyun, JunMyeon and JongDae. It feels like the old times

 

I'm resting my back and not interested at all on what LuNa is blabbering about not until JongDae was the topic, I rose my head up from my drink to look at her as she was starting her story about them

 

“You know, JongDae is nice guy, He is indeed handsome, I met him thru KyungSoo, since we both majoring in acting. He was nice and we started of as friends until he asked me out.” My heart was aching hearing he did asked her out
