Getting to my target weight~ ^_^Don't eat past 7pm. After a week with no mess ups more up to 6;30pm. After a week go to 6:00pm after a week go to 5:30. After a week go to 5:00.
Don't eat over 1,300 calories but anything below is fine.
Only carry one dollar to school and spend that on water.
Eat one meal a day, and not a big meal.
Drink two big glass of water before eating, a sip between every bite, and a glass after eating.
Drink water when you're bored,
Drink water when you're tired
drink water when you're nervous
drink water whenever
On,y eat complex carbs, no bread rice, whatever
Weigh in a once in the morning and once at night
