Amidst the SquallA/N: part of a WIP that was never finished. Originally, this fic is Junhwe going around making a duck face at everyone because he's jealous of Chanwoo's cuteness. Sadly, I never finished that fic lol. I felt it was too much of a waste if I just completely abandoned it, so here's the JunDong scene from that abandoned WIP.

Junhwe sits next to Donghyuk on the couch, and plans to make his 6th (and last!) duck face at his same-aged friend, hoping his friend will find it cuter than Chanwoo's. Junhwe taps on Donghyuk's shoulder, and Donghyuk turns to look at his friend.
"Do I look cute?" He asks, doing the duck face again. With lips jutting out like that, he looks absolutely ridiculous. He half expects Donghyuk to laugh at him like everyone else did (at this point he's already given up trying to be cuter than Chanwoo. He just wanted to make a silly face at Donghyuk) but Donghyuk just smiles.
And then kisses him.
Junhwe blinks once. Twice. And Donghyuk lets out a small laugh. "You're asking for a kiss, were you not?"
Donghyuk laughs again, louder this time, and Junhwe is too shocked to process anything. Donghyuk pouts when Junhwe doesn't respond after a while.
"You didn't like it?" Donghyuk asks instead.
Junhwe dumbly looks at Donghyuk with wide eyes, and he blushes. Donghyuk laughs at him again, and leans his head closer to Junhwe's.
"I--" Junhwe starts, leaning away from Donghyuk. "It's..."
"It's what? Come on, Goo Junhwe."
"You didn't answer my question!" Junhwe yells, frowning.
"You're cute!" Donghyuk says, letting out an adorably breathy laugh. "Haven't you always been cuter than me?"
Junhwe frowns when Donghyuk pinches his cheeks, and he leans forward again, face a few centimeters away from Donghyuk's.
"Stop laughing at me." He huffs, eyes closed. Donghyuk can feel Junhwe's breath against his lips.
"Then make me stop." Donghyuk smirks.
