Foreword

I know the foreword is supposed to be for the little snippet that authors give to the readers but I'm just going to tell you what you guys should be expecting.

1) This will not be historically accurate. I'm not a historian nor am I a person well versed in Joseon history (which is when this will be taking place) but I am a person who has been watching k-dramas from a very young age. I will be researching things to make them as accurate though.

2) If y'all didn't read the above, at least read this: THIS IS HISTORICAL FICTION AND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING MODERN-NESS IN HERE, YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED. I've read so many books where the author warns the readers about the genre that they are reading but either the readers refuse to listen or they don't bother reading the author's note. Then, they complain about how upset they are.

3) I was inspired by the recent drama: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. I'm in love with it fyi but by no means will you see 10 princes in here although having a large amount of princes is normal, especially in the Goryeo era. This is the Joseon era and thus, I will be making a fair amount of princes in here but not as many as 10.

4) Blame it on the Soju will take precedence over this because it's easier to write, takes almost no research, and I don't want to leave an unfinished book, especially since I'm in the midst of editing and my loyal 4 subbies over there have waited 6 months. Updates on this will be sporadic so don't expect anything.
