Yongguk was halfway to the toilet when he heard Keke’s scream. So, he hurried to check on the boy. “What’s wrong?!” he asked as soon as he reached there.

                Nothing seemed wrong with Keke, apart from the way he was looking into the mirror in surprise, as if he just saw a ghost. “Is that Keke?” he muttered with a hand on his chest and another pointing towards the reflection of himself in the mirror.

                Yongguk went to stand next to the boy and took a look into the mirror. “Of course it’s you. Who else would it be?” he remarked.

                “Wow…” Keke took a step forward for a closer look of his reflection. “Keke looks so different.”

                Yongguk’s mind started getting puzzled. “What? You mean you don’t always look like this as a human?”

                “The last time Keke could change into a human was when Keke was this tall,” Keke said while placing his hand horizontally at the edge of the sink.

                For a moment, Yongguk’s jaw was left hanging until he just shook his head and heaved a deep sigh. “I am so confused right now, but I don’t want to ask you anything or I’ll be late for work.”

                “Yeah,” Keke nodded, totally agreed with that. “Keke told daddy yesterday that it was a long story.”

                Yongguk shrugged his shoulders before taking a spare toothbrush behind the mirror. “Alright, let’s get started.”

                “Oh wow,” Keke was still surprised when he saw himself in the mirror again. “Look at that nose. How does it become so big?” he wondered as his finger poked all over it.

                Yongguk took a look at the real thing on the boy next to him. “Yeah, it is bigger than average, but then, everything on your face is big.” He jutted out his bottom lip, thinking that his reasoning came out to be very logical.

                “Daddy’s right. Look at Keke’s lips.” Keke puckered those plump lips of his before fiddling with his ears. “Even Keke’s ears are big!”

                “You have big eyes too,” Yongguk pointed out again, the toothbrush in his hand getting forgotten.

                “Keke’s eyes have always been this big.” Keke looked up at the older man and bulged his eyes.

                Yongguk snorted. “Yeah? Congratulations then.”

                “You are welcome, daddy,” Keke replied with a wide smile, completely missing Yongguk’s mocking tone. He then proceeded to check out the other parts of his body; his hands, his arms, his chest. He even lifted up his shirt to take a look at his belly. He made a thorough inspection, including what was under his pants.

                “Oh wow,” Keke uttered, still pulling at the waistband of his pants as he looked down into them. He really was not aware of how everything on his body had grown so much after he could change into human again, not until now.

                Yongguk cleared his throat, feeling very awkward of the situation. He couldn’t see what’s in there, but he already knew how it looked like from the previous number of events. “You don’t have to be so surprised. That’s pretty average.”

                Honestly, that came out of nowhere. Yongguk didn’t know why he said that to a boy who might not even hit his puberty yet. He really sounded like a competitive idiot and he wanted to slap himself for that.

                Keke looked up at Yongguk, gazing right into the latter’s eyes with his innocent ones. “Does that mean daddy’s bigger?”

                “Of cour-” Yongguk shook his head hardly, wishing to come back to his sense. His cheeks warmed up as he stared at the boy again. Keke was frowning so hard as if he was weirded out by his foolish act and for a moment there, none of them said a word.

                Yongguk then took a deep breath before sighing heavily, already feeling so tired early in the morning. “Let’s just brush your teeth.”

                The frown on Keke’s face was instantly replaced with a bright smile. “Alright, daddy!” he replied, still as lively as he had always been.
