A War Against God

Seoul, South Korea
A power outage put the whole city into pitch black. Backup generators were not working somehow. The signal was out and the internet line was cut. The subway and metro weren't operating. All the citizen of Seoul was trapped in whatever place they currently were. Seoul was turned into a stoneage into one night. And when the clock struck midnight, an outbreak of strange creatures who called themselves "Daemon" occured within Seoul. Some people received a strange tattoo one the back of their neck that somehow made them able to make a contract with some Daemon to be allies, some other became the prey.
And when the morning came, the citizen of Seoul was shocked when they realized that the power outage was still happening. When they thought things couldn't get any worse, Korea Self-Defense Force quarantined a large area of the city and denied power, communication, and food to those who trapped within. They blocked all in-and-out access of the city and didn't hesitate to shoot a citizen who dared to approach the baricade. The chaotic situation gave rise to the vigilantes who took it upon themselves to fight against Daemon or even to prey on weaker humans.
Where did those Daemons come from? What is their purpose? What does the goverment have to do with this phenomenon and why do they trap their own citizen? There are so many questions that can't be answered. It's up to you how to get the answer and to leave the hell hole called Seoul right now.
