“And… he forgot them when he came back!” Taehyung’s own eyebrows shot up in a shocked expression, like he’d been the one listening and not the one telling the story.

“He was sat near the pond in the park down the street, you know the one with the swing?”

They kick their feet under the water, it just looks like they’re floating!” Taehyung explained as he demonstrated the birds’ legs with his own, kicking them rapidly in the air as he lay on the ground. “Anyway, he saw the birds swimming and he decided to chase them. He ran around so much he forgot where his original space was and couldn’t find the crayons; but I think he’s lying.”
