The second time Dongwan met the clueless rich guy, Minwoo was standing in front of all the hospital staff and introducing himself as the new CEO for the hospital's management. 

"I hope to get along with everybody and let's work together as a team to achieve the best for our hospital!" Minwoo flashed his characteristic smiley eyes and everybody gave a round of applause.

Well everyone except for Dr. Kim.

"Tsk this guy." Dongwan chuckled in a disproving way. 

"Dongwan-ah, I don't get why you have a thing against Mr. Lee." Hyesung looked at his friend/colleague. "He's friendly and frankly speaking, quite handsome."

Dongwan rolled his eyes before replying, "Ya Shin Hyesung! Don't tell me you have your eyes on this guy."
 

"Nah, you know short guys ain't my thing." Hyesung replied. "However, I do have my eyes on another person. Though he never showed up again. Sigh."

Little did Hyesung know, he would soon be meeting the person of (wet) dreams in the most unpredictable situation.

One day, the Diagnostics department had its usual peaceful afternoon until suddenly a loud bang! flew the door open and in came a rushing nurse running up to Hyesung.

"Dr. Shin! Dr. Shin!" Cried the nurse while trying to catch her breath. "There's a problem!"

Hyesung stared at his colleague surprisingly

The door opened again, and this time, a serious looking Minwoo came in followed by the man of Hyesung's dreams, dressed up in a black suit carrying a briefcase.

"Dr. Shin," Minwoo began while pointing to the guy standing behind him. "This is Mr. Mun Junghyuk and he is the newly appointed head of Hospital Legal Affairs."

Junghyuk approached Hyesung closer to shake the later's hand before commenting, "We have met before Dr. Shin. Unfortunately, for our second encounter I have brought some bad news."

Hyesung's face became tense as he slightly stuttered. "What is it?"

"Do you remember a five year old boy named Yoon Ho?" Junghyuk asked.  "He came to the hospital with his parents about one month ago. It states on the record that you diagnosed him with achondroplasia, also known as shortening of the limbs or dwarfism."

Hyesung contemplated for a few seconds before his eyes lit up and replied, "Yes! I do remember this boy. His parents came had to take the train for hours because they came from the countery side, but they wanted the beast medical support for their son."
 

"Well, unfortunately, Yoon Ho has passed away five days ago." Junghyuk said.

"What?" Hyesung shouted out. "Why?"

"His father, Mr, Yoon Won stabbed the boy multiple times and he is currently being detained." Junghyuk answered. "The mother, Mrs. Yoon, have filed a lawsuit against you for breach of patient confidentiality."

"What?" Hyesung was in total shock.

"Dr. Shin, could you please tell us what you and the parents talked about that day? Junghyuk needs to understand the entire story to better assist you in this legal battle." Minwoo commented.
