Bambam was living a peaceful life in Korea on his own; he lived in a room he rented alone; he would go to school five times a week; he would hang out with his classmate and bestfriend Yugyeom, until the latter got into trouble and Bambam was there to the rescue. 

 "You, young man". When Bambam looked up, he saw a tall guy. He recognized this man. The notorious Jinyoung. 

“As you see”, Jinyoung said “I will let one of you go and one of you stay. Now the question is, are you willing to give yourself up to us in exchange of your dear friend?” he smirked as he said these words. Jinyoung really liked this kind of scenarios – friends betraying friends in their faces. For him, no person in his right mind would give up his own life just to save someone else; man’s first instinct was to survive.

“No, Bambam!” The giant guy cried.

He let out a menacing smile. “So? Are you letting your friend stay here and get beaten to death? Coz if not, you’re the one who’s gonna be punished. Your choice”. He shrugged his shoulder.

Bambam fell silent. He breathed in and out. “Alright. I’ll go with you. Just… just let Yugyeom go”.

Jinyoung’s fake smile was gone. What a waste. Trying hard to appear nice, huh? Sorry kid, wrong answer. “Are you sure?”

“Yes”.

Yugyeom shook his head and cried but could not let out anything to say.

“I’m gonna be fine” Bambam mouthed to Yugyeom.

Jinyoung clenched his fist and spat on the ground. “Let that big guy go. And you, welcome to hell Take him to our place, JB, Jackson.” Jinyoung laughed.
