​Guys, I'm sorry for disappearing, this semester has been rather hectic and I haven't found the time to get to working on the story ;( Anyways, I've returned, I honestly almost forgot my username and password but after several attempts I've got it right. It's been so long I had to reread the story myself XD I'm not sure whether you guys started school yet, or maybe you finished school, but regardless I wanna wish you guys good luck, make sure to get good grades, get enough sleep and eat proper meals! :D Stop staying up late watching your dramas/variety shows XD Anyways let's get back to the story :D

 SHORT ENDING SCENE FROM PREVIOUS CHAPTER

I cried as he continued kicking me. He kicked as hard as he possibly could, if kicking wasn't enough he started punching, he banged my head against the floor. He threw whatever nearest objects he possibly could. I cried as I tried crawling away only for him to drag me back and continued his physical assault. He broke his beer bottle and cut me across the face. I tried protecting myself but it was completely useless. It felt like years have gone by until he finally got tired and walked into the kitchen to get another drink. I slowly crawled my way to my room and onto my bed, flinching with each move I've made. I felt the blood running down my face and got up and made my way into the bathroom. I took one good look in the mirror, a busted lip, a bloody nose, a black eye and a big gash across my cheek from where he cut me. I took of my blouse and looked at all the bruises that were placed on my body, along with the previous ones from before. 

  ​NEW CHAPTER BEGINNING   ​The sound of my alarm echoed throughout my room, I whimpered as I shut it off and slowly rolled out of bed. Flinching with each movement I made, I slowly staggered towards the bathroom. I looked at myself through the remaining shards that were known as my "mirror", my jaw dropped as I laid eyes on my new appearance. I couldn't help but think that this was beyond the aid of make up, instead I tended to my injuries and sent an email to my professors explaining that I've caught the flu an won't be able to attend class for several days until it's resided. A white lie won't hurt anyone. I went downstairs only to find my dad wasn't home. I couldn't imagine where he could possibly be, but in the state I was in, I wasn't ready for another round of physical punishment. I poured myself a bowl of cereal when I heard a knock on the door. I froze with fear wondering if my dad returned, I silently crept over and looked slowly from behind the curtain to see the guys outside waiting. . I couldn't think of anything else to say or do that would justify my appearance. I ran upstairs and quickly put on a sweater and sweats, and shuffled through my drawers to look for my plain white face mask and a baseball cap. I quickly parted my hair to cover my black eye and put on my baseball cap to keep my hair from swaying back and forth. I put on my face mask and sighed in relief at my appearance. I quickly ran downstairs and prepared myself for my "I caught the flu" skit. I opened the door and began my acting. "What are you guys doing here?" I said as I coughed up a storm. "Mari, hey! Ar-are you okay?" V asked. "We didn't see you in class today and got worried" Jimin replied. "Yeah, Jhope told us about your dad, we came out of concern" stated Rap Monster. "Oh no it's fine, I just caught the flu is all, I won't be in school for a couple days until it goes away." I said as I continued my acting. "We heard... so we came bearing gifts." Jin said as he held a pot full of soup, while Suga held the bag of medication. "Yeah we figured you'd be pretty bored so we came to keep you company" "Oh right, keep me company, thats really sweet of you. wait... Now? Guys!" I protested as they opened the door and marched into my living room. My heart immediately started racing. "Wait, guys!"
